To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日食左個中式羊膝，估吾到西餐可以做到咁嘅水準😋😋 隻羊膝大隻，豆腐卜超入味，啲汁餸飯一流！！之前食過佢嘅雞煲，都好好味！！德國咸豬手吾洗講，簡直係必食。我都好鬼鐘意食佢啲Pizza同雞卷架！🤣🤣🤣

入到大學，想搵間清清靜靜又環境舒適嘅餐廳，距離普通嘅飯堂比較遠，同價錢比較貴，所以小人來到，今晚來到連我有3枱客人，首先我地叫左一份牛扒晚餐，頭盤有沙律，餐湯，餐包 （有驚喜）, 主食牛扒配薯蓉就不過不失，甜品佢話係雞蛋仔，聽起上嚟就唔係好吸引，但上甜品時係雞蛋糕仔伴碟好有誠意，餐飲原本想飲凍檸茶，但原來凍飲要加十蚊，所以都係叫咗杯熱咖啡。 另外散叫嗌咗個海鮮白汁闊條麵，呢個好好味好有水準。夏威夷千島pizza做緊半價當然要食返個，呢個半價pizza 就一般般。再叫咗個墨西哥雞肉餡餅，個餡做得唔夠豐滿，個source就滿分，餡餅可以不試。我哋嗰晚食到店舖差唔多收舖，整晚都好舒適。

訂了1點，2位，去到餐廳以為自己去錯地方，一個客人都無，去到1點半左右先有多2枱客人，唔知係唔係因為週末Brunch的價錢算是合理，一個主菜連沙律吧，200蚊以下，沒有加一，不過服務幾好，而且有2小時免費泊車👍沙律吧選擇不是太多，味道也是一般，火腿都幾咸主菜選了all day breakfast和三文魚班尼迪蛋，賣相正常，味道也是一般最初以為餐廳退步了，原來已經轉手，所以感覺跟以前不同了除非餐廳食物有改進，否則未必會再選這間餐廳😞

（$158)牛扒完全咬唔開，簡直是訓練牙力，不過我個朋友食燒雞就覺得是正常味道水準，沙拉我覺得好難食，d 菜有草腥味，煙三文魚同南瓜湯正常，因為唔想浪費食物，我最後是用南瓜湯浸菜先食到，水果都正常但是無曬西瓜得翻菠蘿。其實牛扒調味正常，但是真是好難咬開，我連用刀都切得幾辛苦，明明看落煎得幾好（medium)，薯菜就正常好食。我覺得科技大學有其他更好既選擇，不過可能其他食物是好食只是我無食到，如果我會再去就應該會試下d pizza。

這其實是大學𥚃面那酒店的咖啡廳，不是它的主餐廳，所以食物質素一般而已，但它也有一個小酒吧，夏季時看著無敵海景，一定很不錯。“nachos”，那芝士不足夠也不均勻，味道還可的，不過這種罐頭食物，也不會錯得那𥚃去，而且那牛油果醬味道和蕃茄碎味道都ok，合格。“慢煮美國側腹牛扒”，剛剛切下去有點困難，以為它很韌，但它是慢煮的，怎知原來是刀有問題，換了刀，其實挺嫩的，味道不錯，不過汁是跟黑豚扒的汁是一樣的，我們一桌才點了兩個主菜，為什麼它不問我們一下呢？擺盤也沒什麼講究，整個菜，最多算合格而已。“慢煮西班牙黑豚扒”，你看，跟前面的牛扒是不是同一個模樣呢！？🤭 味道還可以。至於那兩粒炸的東西，在這盤中的位置明顯，以為是主菜一部份，但味道一般，像在快餐店吃飯一樣（但它應該是蕃薯波波）。“蕃茄芝士紫蘇薄餅” Pizza Magherita，ok啦。埋單沒加一，其實都不算貴，不過如果它加多點兒心思在擺盤和配菜上面，CP值應該會更高，客人入座率也不應該這麽少。
