To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日想食下齋,於是附近搵到呢間老牌素食舖幫襯下。侍應阿姨都算熱情既,但環境總體偏老舊,同埋以lunch呢個鐘數,人都唔算多。阿姨問我飲乜茶,其實唔係好想飲茶於是要白水,不過應該都係計計茶錢啦,咁我都算。嗌做一個時菜北菇燴飯,睇到價錢都66蚊,講真都已經唔平喇,點知比帳單我一睇,嘩!原來仲有加一好了係呢碟燴飯,讓我「承惠」84蚊。味道來說,OK啦有菜有菇,都交到貨啦,不過飯好多,最後幾啖完全齋食白飯。早知呢個價錢,我不如食日本野好過啦

Google左幾間素食餐廳,專登入去西灣河食,午飯時間唔算多人,可能大家都唔留意,但係好出奇地依家餐廳🫖嘅味道又幾好食,有時候食吓素菜減少食肉,感覺好似冇咁罪惡感重。茄子豆腐素腩肉豆腐不嬲都好食㗎啦,素腩肉嘅質感都幾似真嘅,佢個味道同芡汁令到層次豐富,送飯都幾好食。燒汁紫菜豆腐餅又係一個豆腐嘅餸菜,但係佢煎香左豆腐,加埋燒汁又係一個送飯嘅菜式,雖然比較乾,但係有燒汁嘅輔助,令到整體嘅口感都容易入口😊☺️。

呢間係度開咗好多年,平日lunch 都多人食,但呀爸呀媽話想食下晚市就試下啦。雖然茶位同小菜幾貴下,但晚市四人餐算平,同埋嗰日唔知點解無啦啦有9折,人均$120左右就埋到單~====歡樂四人餐 $550====有齊 3餸 x 1 湯 x 1 飯:金湯蟹肉素翅、咕嚕猴頭菇、xo醬西芹百合炒花枝、五柳仙班、燒汁金菇素魚煲、黑松露什錦炒飯。👍🏻最鍾意1) 素魚煲,色澤好似魚,咬落都有煎香咗的魚絲感覺2) 猴頭菇意外地似咕嚕肉,外脆內juicy3) 花枝有魷魚味,食落都算彈牙😬正常發揮1) 素翅同蟹柳OK,南瓜湯底幾鮮甜2) 炒飯好有鑊氣,不過就無咩黑松露味啦👎🏻啲飯同湯就好大碗,但仿素食份量偏少,可能因為成本較高👎🏻茶位每人收$10,仲有好細碟蘿蔔絲就咁收咗$12#香港素食

平時食肉食得多,間唔中都去食下素食都幾好,呢間係西灣河屹立咗好耐,份量多且好有創意🟢金膳滷味拼盤 $75佢既拼盤當然冇得輸,有甜酸、咖哩、齋雞粒,堪稱鹵味三寶個菜好香口同入味,仲有蠔油齋、素叉燒、素扎肉、素腐皮卷,好脆口🟢酥炸荔卷 $75芋頭係我自愛,當然要叫呢個,炸得好香脆,入邊芋泥好香滑,皮脆內嫩🟢椒鹽淮山 $88個椒鹽調得啱啱好,加埋淮山炸得好香脆,唔會有滑潺潺嘅感覺,好爽口🟢素楊州炒飯 $62個飯炒得好乾身一粒粒,仲有好多豆類,又大碟🟢腰果露 $55呢個最有意外驚喜,腰果味好香濃同好滑,食得出係即磨合桃而唔係用粉沖,每一啖都食得出好濃郁嘅腰果香

走進呢間有種街坊暖意嘅食店, 我點咗幾樣招牌菜試吓。先講講嗰砂鍋雲吞雞翅煲, 啲雲吞鬆化得嚟仲有蔬菜嘅清新, 竹笙同素燒雞加埋煙燻味, 咁配合到湯底變得更加惹味。冰梅醬猴頭菇就正到爆, 酸酸甜甜一啖啖都係驚喜,叫人停唔到口👅。至於焗香芋腐球飯? 咖喱味道掛住飯粒,香芋同腐球個絕配令我食指大動,椰汁白汁融合得啱啱好,不會太甜,珍珠筍仲帶點童趣,食落真係開心到彈起🍚🌟。啲菜式嘅份量都幾合理,一家大細嚟食都啱哂。當中啲菜都無咁落油,食落去唔會覺得膩口,好適合追求健康嘅我哋。啲菜味道正宗之餘,又真係有種傳統港式小店嘅地道感覺。總括嚟講,呢間店確實係為食客帶來咗一種平民價格之下嘅高質素享受。食得開心,啱晒想搵啲香港味嘅食客!👍🥢
