區內一間老牌潮州菜飯店,性價比挺高的,大部份小菜都是100元以下的,但份量仍然是很夠的,而且沒有加一或茶水錢,那就已經遠超其他餐廳了,難怪晚上人頭湧湧!滷水鵝件(下庄)(290元)選了下庄,油脂感會重一點,香一點,肉質非常嫩滑,滷水味香濃,亦有鵝香。而且份量挺大的,滿滿的一大碟!椒鹽鱔球(188元)鱔球已經幫你去了大骨,吃起來特別方便,炸得外脆內爽滑的,有椒鹽香味,很惹味,份量也挺多的,全是肉。銀紙川椒牛仔骨(128元)挺有四川風味的,辣度選了小辣,味道麻麻辣辣又帶有洋蔥的香甜,配上帶點嫩的牛仔骨,挺下飯的!生腸拼墨魚片(95元)生腸滷得很入味,入口偏軟嫩的口感。墨魚片很爽滑。鐵板沙薑爆家雞(90元)來到還是非常滾燙的狀態,濃濃的薑蔥蒜味,雞件有輕微炸香,吃起來外脆內嫩的,鹹香中帶點雞味!蒜香骨(99元)很有驚喜,用上腩骨,每件都帶點油脂,吃起來外焦裡嫩的,油香十足,肉質也很有彈性,濃濃的蒜香味亦很惹味!蠔餅(85元)蠔餅是分成了兩塊的,炸得非常酥脆,但蠔仔仍然是非常嫩滑多汁,而且非常新鮮,吃起來完全不會腥,肉也很飽滿!蠔仔肉碎浸時蔬(85元)時蔬就選了菜心,調味加了大量的蠔仔,肉碎,薑絲和西芹,所以味道挺鮮甜的,加配上嫩嫩香甜的菜心。脆皮落湯錢(88元)非常有意外驚喜的一個甜品,大量的花生碎連著花生粗粒上面放上煎得外脆內軟的糯米團,一口吃下去,是濃濃花生的清香,又有此生粒來增加口感,味道甜而不膩的! continue reading

呢期思鄉情重,所以都係特別想食潮州菜,今晚過嚟食吓呢個潮州菜嘅老字號。呢度確實係比較傳統,個環境好似大排檔咁,啲職員都唔會特別親切友善,仲有啲惡添。但係好在啲食物都真係幾好食。坐低點少得食個滷水鵝片,鵝片都幾大塊,份量都唔錯㗎,不過個滷水汁都幾鹹,所以叫埋碗白粥一齊食就very good。另外我哋叫咗個韭菜豬紅,一上嚟個份量都係嚇死人。嚿嚿豬紅都勁大嚿,完全鋪滿咗個碗,啲豬紅都好夠鹹,不過如果可以再多少少辣味咁就完美。個底都有好多韭菜嘅,呢碗韭菜豬紅真係大件夾抵食。另外叫咗個椒鹽鱔片,第一次咁樣食鱔片,佢切到細細舊冇乜骨係唔錯㗎。啲炸粉都唔會太厚,但係如果椒鹽可以多小小,味道再濃啲咁就好啦。跟住仲叫咗個鐵板通菜,普通菜就好夠鹹都好夠味,鐵板上,吱吱都幾有特色㗎。甜品方面,叫咗個脆皮落湯錢,不過呢一個甜品真係要趁熱食,如果叫嘅話一定要食飽晒先好叫或者記得要叫職員後上。如果唔係就食唔到佢軟軟糯糯嘅口感只係硬掘掘嘅一舊粉團。 continue reading
