食左個超級豐富嘅早餐,所以拖到3點都未識肚餓,但又頂唔到去晚餐,所以最好就係食個小食頂住個肚先🤭牛雜簡直係掃街之選👍🏻佢仲有其他街頭小食,例如炸大腸、煎釀三寶等等⋯細牛雜$20/大牛雜$30呢個牛雜真係無得彈😋雖然細細碗,但有齊曬所有部位👍🏻個湯汁好入味,牛雜燘到好軟林林,一咬就開,加少少辣醬同黃芥辣,真係超級match🤤呢間真係我食過幾高質素嘅牛雜😋小食有好多,但好多都係純粹填肚🙈

Their fish balls and Shui mai were doughy. No flavor. Their three treasure were cold. Did not offer to heat it up but they did it for the guy after us. Their beef stomach combo was decent. Egg puff was the worse I ever had. It wasn’t fluffy and you can literally separate it in half. It was also gluey in the inside. Try somewhere else. This place is not with your money and will ruin your taste buds.

當12點之後先收工,好多時就會喺呢度叫碗大嘅韭菜豬紅腸多辣,又或者係牛雜呢度啲腸係幾好食,夠肥又入味,甘香不騷。牛雜呢就好似由細到大掃街果一種,煮得比較淋身,膀就完全粉咁樣。當然同潮式粉面做出嚟嘅牛雜冇得比,不過就好有comfort food嘅感覺。另外值得一提嘅就係佢哋嘅滷水墨魚同生腸,做得其實都唔錯,爽口彈牙。重點係佢哋做得好有心機,放甜醬芥辣嘅時候係用個掃,一層一層咁上得好均勻。絕對唔係求其pat啲醬上去就算!抵讚所以,有時搵嘢食,味道都未必係重點。可能果一刻,想要嘅,就係想搵返當年嘅人情味同感覺。

滷水蘿蔔牛雜走肺,牛膀今次夠晒軟棉多汁,海棉體盡是味濃滷水,好食好食。牛肚勁爽兼入味。大量牛腸,乾淨富彈性而嚥韌。牛喉天梯都有,軟骨卜卜脆。HKD20 蚊一份夠晒多,牛膀牛腸牛肚牛肺不過不失,食得過。蘿蔔差到不得了,又酸又有渣,無下次。好耐無黎幫襯喇,上次味道質量劣等演譯,估唔到可以守到年幾仲做緊生意喎。始終第一次係最香最好味,又腍又入味。第二次食最難食,又硬又鞋又無味﹗今次還算可以,唔難食。初開業時既蘿蔔牛雜好好味,但之後質量大插水喇﹗今日有緣路過見有點肚餓,比多次機會您啦﹗大埔除左永利外,就只有大埔墟公園仔附近先有牛雜食囉。
