To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一路食百份百都覺得唔錯，今次見到新推出嘅雪山西多圖片賣相幾吸引，就即刻點左一份。結果圖片與實物差距實在係相當之遠，令人非常失望。首先，原本都唔期待奶蓋會同圖片一樣多到滿瀉，但估唔到真係少到完全唔夠點個包，好似落多兩滴都驚蝕比你咁。棉花糖更加離譜，圖片上係較大粒嘅棉花糖，可以逐粒食到。但實物細過粒豆，都算，又落得少，上枱已經差唔多溶晒。賣相搞成咁樣，出餐個廚師良心會唔會痛？更唔理解明明叫雪山西多，佢落鮮紅色嘅棉花糖究竟係咩諗法，家明？天與地？除去賣相同用料方面，其實味道上係一份唔錯嘅花生醬西多士。如果本身無對圖片有咁大期望，當佢係普通西多咁，或者都會滿意。問題係佢收得43蚊，但竟然比d咁無誠意嘅貨色出嚟，真係叫份普通西多都無咁嬲。誠心建議大家千祈唔好點雪山西多。

今日嗌外賣嗌咗個紅白鴛鴦焗飯，即係鮮茄焗豬同埋白汁焗雞正千祈焗豬好夠味，豬扒都腍嘅，又唔會煮得好柴真係唔錯！加埋熱飲都係$63 ，份量都幾足料，男仔食都一定夠飽，女仔可能有機會要分兩餐㖭啊

一句講晒Lunch time過嚟叫外賣預咗食凍嘢姐姐淨係掛住上菜俾現場食客外賣出晒喺枱面十個八個攤開晒係都唔pack問收銀姐姐就叫我等pack但係完全冇任何一個姐姐係諗住掂嗰啲外賣嘅直到要同佢嘈啊究竟係食熱嘢定凍嘢先至死死地氣pack繁忙時間我明嘅但係係咪真係買外賣就等於無限等？最弊唔係個嘢食未準備好只係啲姐唔肯幫你生返埋個嘢食蓋拎住個外賣明明係焗飯只係感覺到微溫難道買外賣係為咗返屋企叮翻熱佢？？？

明德商場規模較細，在僅有的空間下有一間平價茶餐廳：百分百，十分吸引。是次點叫了雞扒早餐配以流心蛋及腸仔，兩件額外蒜蓉的多士以及粟米提供，特別喜歡粟米蓉圓兜承載，避免粟米的水份與雞扒混合在一起，十分用心。而另配火腿通粉，令人提升飽腹感。服務態度上職員有禮，能迅速給予合適回應，唯獨是村內的食肆較少，假日人流較多需要等候入座，以及等候食物時間需時。如果趕時間就不太建議，因是次食物等了廿十分鐘才有，但縱觀而言味道👅好會有不少好分數。
