Finally had the chance to have dinner with my friend after almost three years, and we chose to dine in this Sichuan resto, which was recommended by another friend..We ordered the following dishes to share:-Earthen Pot Dry PotWe chose numbing & spicy sauce with medium spiciness for the dry pot. Our choice of ingredients included stewed beef tongue, deep fried beancurd sticks, sweet potato noodles, fried lotus root chips and pork head meat. Upon opening the pot, the intense spicy aroma filled the air, and the portion size was generous. Each ingredient subtly absorbed the flavourful sauce, resulting in a delectable mix of flavours. The crispy lotus root chips added a delightful crunch. -Sichuan Chicken in Red Oil SauceThe chicken, served in red oil sauce, had a slight spiciness. While the texture was quite smooth, its taste was not particularly memorable. -Stir-fried Shredded Stem Lettuce This dish offered a lighter and more refreshing option. It helped balance the spiciness of the meal, with a crunchy texture which was quite enjoyable. .The resto is situated in Tsim Sha Tsui with lots of resto nearby. Its comfortable seating allowed us to chat and catch up for a long time. The prices of the food were economical and reasonable.

網上看到這間的砂鍋菜和干鍋很吸引，而且還有不少特色又少見的菜式，像鵝肚頂、菊花腸、竹腸、黃牛肉等等🌟所以今晚就來到了這間在尖沙咀厚福街的嫲嫲辣辣解決我們的晚餐啦🤩我們選了兩個砂鍋菜，一個湯一個肉🌟砂鍋沸騰香辣黃牛肉一打開鍋蓋就聞到味道很香♥️牛肉軟淋有肉香，蘿蔔和水晶粉都吸滿湯汁有夠好吃🔥砂鍋冬瓜腐皮雞蛋嫩肉湯的料給很多🌟奶白湯底的很誘人🤩味道也是香醇好喝♥️乾鍋可自選五款配料，我們選了豬頸肉、牛肉、雲南花菜、蓮藕仔及娃娃菜🌟因為我哥不能吃太辣所以干鍋的辣度選擇了香辣微辣，雖然是微辣但味道仍然惹味，鑊氣十足🔥配白飯一流，確實不錯🌟阿婆表示下次再來要選中辣以上應該更香更讚🤣涼菜的麻辣花甲味道也很好，滿滿一碟，麻香味濃👍🏻作為下酒小菜再合適不過🌟再來一碟比較清爽的熗炒萵筍絲來中和一下濃味的菜式就剛剛好♥️

今天8月13日 。我在厚福街嫲嫲辣辣嗌左個醬燒蜆干鍋 另外加左即炸土豆片和炸支竹 一上菜嘅時候真係不堪入目 個土豆片原來係薯片黎 係個app落單係無薯片呢兩個字 (有片有相 )之後問職員 之後佢地就話係個個即炸土豆片 之後再問職員拎單 佢地即刻係個即炸土豆片隔黎加薯片😓

今天中午在K11 Art Mall附近找地方吃午餐，想吃辣的在厚福街看到這一間。簡單點了個客飯京葱炒牛肉，本來猶豫了一會要不要點，因為一般餐廳都有配京葱炒羊，牛肉我怕炒老了不好吃，但出乎意料地很好，說不上嫩但肉香和京葱很配，京葱新鮮，切得較細，能吃得出京葱特有的香甜味🤌
