To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在香港要找一间較正宗上海菜已經買少見少了,而我們今次去這間食上海菜试下!本人最喜歡吃小籠包這間嘅小籠包不得不讚,因佢哋做的皮薄多湯👍🏻👍🏻正,絕對係推介⋯⋯其他食物還有:松子黃魚🐟刀工好,所以條鱼好靚(如喜歡酸甜嘅人會喜歡)合桃燻蛋🥚煙熏味不夠,合桃好好味😍高力豆沙-必須要讚,粒粒都圓轆轆,外型好靚•好多飯店做的扁扁的,好醜樣🤭味道當然也好好味,如果多啲豆沙就更正😅😅⋯⋯

呢度應該有全香港可以食到最正宗嘅鱔糊,非常之好味,係市面上幾乎都難以搵得到嘅傳統嘅做法。用生蒜泥嚟撈落個鱔糊。不過整體而言啲嘢食嘅質素有少少小飄忽、鱔糊,蔥餅,醉乳鴿,小籠包之類都好好味。但係紅燒肉,熏魚比較耐人尋味。唔係好明白點解會做到好似唔係好有心機。紅燒肉好散全部都分開晒,同埋有大有細切得好唔均勻,裏面嘅豆皮好韌,咬到牙骹軟。但係應該唔係因為燜煮時間唔夠,因為啲紅燒肉好爛。熏魚又係切到大大細細,表面個皮好有咬頭🤨

懷舊老牌上海菜,地方寬敞,我哋訂枱喺房裏面,所以特別靜,啱晒傾偈😃前菜 - 水晶肴肉、脆海蜇頭兩款都好味,肴肉好多肉,湯凍比例就少咗,所以食兩件已經覺得好飽😆朋友好喜歡佢嘅海蜇頭,因為好爽脆,我就覺得啲青瓜唔錯,用咗蒜頭調味,非常開胃。主食 - 松子黃魚、砂鍋雲吞雞松子黃魚除咗賣相一流,都非常有內涵,新鮮做起,熱辣辣,脆卜卜,魚肉仍然好滑,加上甜酸汁,食到唔停口😋砂鍋雲吞雞正常好味道,係清雞湯,雲吞大大粒,有12粒咁多,仲有半隻雞,因為我哋叫咗半份,真係非常足料。唯一菜就少咗啲,得幾條豆苗。傳統菜館嘅好處就係份量夠足,大大碟,而家好多新派上海菜,都係以精緻為主,每樣細細碟,相比喺老字號食飯,就一定更加滿足😃

走入「香港老飯店」,心情即刻被呢間帶有懷舊氣息嘅餐廳感染到,好似一陣時光倒流咁。一入座,服務員已經熱情問候,仲快手快腳噉送上餐牌,心諗今晚一定食得好開心!🌟頭盤揀咗合桃燻蛋,蛋黃簡直係「流心」嘅化身,豐富嘅煙燻香氣令味蕾即刻迸發!蛋白入口微微彈牙,然後合桃香甜酥脆,渣都冇得批。而鎮江餚肉香氣四溢,每件餚肉咬落去都滿足,我就想讚聲:叉翼呀!再黎蜜味烤香方,呢件小吃真係咬落去有鼓掌嘅衝動,濃濃嘅蜜糖桂花香夾雜住酥脆嘅腐皮和火腿肉嘅咸香,係令食客回味無窮嘅佳餚。當然唔少得嘅松子黃魚,炸得外脆內嫩嘅黃魚,配上啱啱好嘅糖醋汁,令整體平衡得宜,加埋松子碎,攞嚟開酒正。至於韭黃炒鱔糊,嗰份香味,哇!立即引到埋近啲嘅人都想過嚟湊份熱鬧,韭黃和鱔糊配搭得啱晒,夠晒嗲!最後,點咗煎芋泥餅做結尾。嗰份香濃芋泥,加上微微焦香嘅外皮,食落真係令人心滿意足!整體嚟講,「香港老飯店」並非唔係講究嘅高檔餐廳,但佢哋呈獻出嘅係一種至真至摯嘅食物體驗同那份懷舊情懷,勁正!👍👍👍
