To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚相約多年沒見的朋友吃晚飯。朋友想食素,就想起帶她到這間素菜餐廳吃晚餐。時間尚早,餐廳不太多人,我們點了一個晚市套餐加一碟主菜,食物相當高質!前菜:泰式鮮果沙律水果非常新鮮,蘋果及蕃茄爽甜,配合簡單的醬汁,清爽開胃。日本山藥麵線伴熱情果汁山藥麵線刨得很幼細,入口清爽。伴以甜甜的熱情果汁,甜甜酸酸的,別具特色。手卷:香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷芒果很香濃,與牛油果非常夾,配搭紫菜和苜蓿芽,口感清脆可口。餐湯:茶樹菇竹笙雲耳百合燉湯很清淡清爽,帶有淡淡的菇香,十分清爽怡人。主菜:黑松露椰菜花野菌忌廉意大利飯配吉列蒟蒻意大利飯的不失粘性,煮得很軟糯,盡情吸收了忌廉汁,與黑松露的香味融為一體。搭配吉列蒟蒻,口感極佳,完全忘記了這是一碟素菜。泰式素大蝦炒金邊粉麵炒得很入味乾身,素食大蝦做得很細膩鮮嫩,口感與真正的海鮮無異。金邊粉也恰到好處,Q彈有有勁,與炒料完美融合。泰式香料散發出微微的辣,還有上面的花生碎、菇菌和魚片,充滿泰國特色風味。十分惹味。甜品:檸香乳酪蛋糕口感綿密細膩,不甜不膩,微微的酸味能中和芝士蛋糕的膩,非常出色。飲品:香芋黑糖珍珠和青檸百香果冰茶清新怡人,清涼解渴。總括來說,這家餐廳的各式素菜品質優良,創意十足。值得推薦給喜愛素食的朋友。

🌱✨ 原來素食都可以好好食!前菜有紅火龍果藜麥沙律,配埋無花果黑醋,酸甜可口,開胃到爆!仲有麻醬沙薑豆絲粉皮,香辣勁開胃,香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷就清新爽口過癮!羊肚菌冬瓜竹笙黃耳百合雪蓮子湯,材料豐富到癲,飲完皮膚都靚晒!主菜菠菜合桃野菌忌廉意大利飯,配色鹽酥猴頭菇,香濃滑溜,有種米芝蓮feel!最後食埋椰汁南瓜糕質感軟綿Q彈味道香甜超濃椰汁味,加埋香芋黑糖珍珠就香濃滑溜,甜而不膩,絕對係完美ending!最正嘅係佢哋嘅悠蔬食小食拼盤!有酥脆腐皮卷、泰式如餅、沙嗲串燒、酥炸蒟蒻同吉列牛油果,款款口感同味道都同真嘅肉好似,完全唔似係素食!😋👍

新派素食,小店裝修好少女風格,紫紫白白嘅色系,枱枱凳凳都好fancy,好有趣。餐牌好多選擇,都係fusion款式,中西泰日等等。食物定價偏高,尤其用料食材都唔係咩特別貴價,主要都係麵筋、菇菌類,份量一般般。炒飯味道比較鹹,食完會口渴。比較特別嘅係素叉燒,外皮香脆,口感煙韌,味道相似真嘅叉燒。所以回頭率一般。
