To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同👦🏻細細一日走三場,香港仔➡️佐敦➡️尖東,Lunch當然要搵間就腳又好味😋。柯士甸路呢間孖寶越南湯河,舖仔細細,只有大概12個座位,樓面亦只得一位叔叔。我同👦🏻叫咗碗生牛肉湯河($65),加$35要多半份香茅炸豬扒。🍜湯河配料有香葉同洋蔥,反而冇其他越南餐廳會有的芽菜。生牛肉浸一浸落碗底已經夠熟,肥瘦同厚薄都剛剛好。一飲落去個湯頭係比一般甜,一啖粉一啖湯好好味,我飲咗差唔多半碗都冇口渴感覺,都幾肯定係真材實料冇落味精。炸豬扒冇肥膏,亦冇厚粉漿,唯一扣分係個碟有好多油,個豬扒炸起索一索油再上碟會好啲。聽到叔叔同其他客講春卷係自己包,下次有機會都想試吓。呢條街感覺好靜🍃,冇乜幾多人,入嚟食嘢9成都係熟客,應該係住附近街坊/附近做嘢,有個姨姨仲係日日都嚟食lunch。樓面叔叔同個個客都好好傾,好清楚啲客喜好,又會加餸比熟客,我第一次嚟都覺得好有人情味。可惜係… 言談間叔叔話做到年尾就執,生意冇咁好同租貴都仲係其次,垃圾徵費應該先係最大鑊,根本就預計唔到個開支會大幾多,估唔到第一次幫襯就話要執…😥

其實我響附近樓上番工,一食就食左幾年其實佢吾係正宗既越南河既湯底我係越南食過既同佢係帶好大幅度既修改但正咩宗阿,好食未正宗嘍例如正宗既有大大塊香草連莖,大兜牙菜,正宗既湯底依便都係無的🤣🤣🤣,反而佢既特色湯底係好有誠意,識貨既就會好似我甘飲到上癮,佢個湯底係我係香港食過既越南粉入面係最高分。佢每日用幾個鐘煲既牛骨湯,依碗湯底比坊間鮮甜,絕無味精,飲幾多都吾口渴,一眼見底,我一飲就飲左幾年,番工放工365日有300日都係飲佢,依碗湯係你番工番到半死灌一碗回魂湯簡直係心曠神怡。已經成為我既習慣。我係依間小店幾年內淨係食最大碗既越南粉/生牛肉粉,有時帶朋友仔嚟就會食佢牛油蒜容雞翼,雞翼都係誠意之作,惟一就係雞翼裡面醃得吾夠味,其實都好好。總之,如果你對湯面既湯好_有要求,你嚟試下,吾會欺場,最好吾好太夜嚟,因為湯頭煲到夜晚會太濃,最理想既時間係2-3,5-6依段時間,佢3點會落場🤣如果你係新客又睇到openrice 我條食評,你去同落單戈個老闆講,話openrice 條友話可以送多兩舊蘿蔔🤣💦💦💦

去尖沙咀上堂,路過此餐廳,老師是越南華裔,我們決定食佢,生牛肉湯河加煎豬扒。地方唔大,但企理整齊乾淨,十分欣賞。服務員親切又善,有問必答。越南咖啡好味,今日好累,所以要加點咖啡。生牛肉湯河的湯底清甜有香草味,令人喝了整碗,當中配菜我最服越南芽菜,同廣式的種類有一點不一樣,佢係中間特別粗大,本身唔長,十分爽口好味。生牛肉在熱湯中瞬間熟透,令人大口大口食完。煎豬扒一碟是切好一片片,可以朋友間互相分享,又熱又入味。

💛孖寶越南湯河·呢間我lunch time已經食過好多次㗎啦 佢個湯頭真係超級鮮甜 今次再出post係因為我地今次跟隔離檯試左新野食😈😈·越式手打墨魚餅撈檬$105 l 越式香茅豬扒湯河 $65我嚟咗咁多次從來都唔知原來佢係有墨魚餅撈檬既 今次係見到隔籬枱食 好似好吸引咁 所以就跟住佢嚟嗌😎雖然佢真係貴少少 但係佢個墨魚餅真係超大塊 超好食 佢係打到勁彈牙 中間仲有好多墨魚粒 勁新鮮🦑而且佢係炸到外皮脆得黎唔會好油 成件事超好食🤤🤤之後佢個過豬扒湯河湯底同之前一樣咁出色 佢係好甜既蘿蔔味 飲落勁舒服 我自己中意再加少少佢個青檸同辣椒粒 食落會再有層次啲 😌😌不過我哋今次個豬扒就冇之前咁好食啦 偏乾咗少少🙊·#rbyeat#rby東南亞菜#rby💛#rby尖沙咀 #rby佐敦·📍尖沙咀柯士甸路17號豐樂大廈地下4C號舖
