約咗個新加坡朋友食飯,佢都唔知原來香港都有天天海南雞,所以就帶佢去咗圓方嘅分店試下。我哋叫咗3個主菜已經飽到食唔哂,啲份量全部都比預期多。最後仲叫咗兩個甜品,成餐飯每人大約$300。⭐天天燒雞(大份)隻雞幾瘦,冇乜脂肪,雞皮燒得夠脆,而肉質都嫩滑。⭐雞油飯叫得海南雞冇理由唔叫油雞,呢個飯香得嚟唔油。⭐豬肉骨茶小火鍋呢個似馬來西亞肉骨茶,主要係藥材味而唔係胡椒味,入面除咗一字骨,仲有豬肚、支竹、冬菇、蛋,亦都有芽菜同米粉可以好似打邊爐咁放入去煮。飲完仲可以免費加湯,抵食!⭐肉末豆腐水晶粉呢度菜係新加坡朋友介紹,都幾唔錯,炸豆腐食落幾滑,肉碎加醬汁配埋個水晶粉一齊食好惹味。⭐新加坡原味豆腐花呢個豆腐花似係用荳奶整出嚟嘅奶凍,所以同平時港式豆腐花好唔同,仲比較滑。⭐椰奶炸龜苓膏呢樣甜品好特別,炸咗嘅龜苓膏食落幾煙韌,同埋味道甘甘甜甜,值得試下。呢間分店比之前食過嘅沙田分店坐得更舒服,同朋友嚟聚會幾適合。 continue reading

今日嚟到圓方食天天海南雞 💗我記得喺新加坡都有,但係款式就比較簡單地道。呢一間可以食到地道海南雞之外,亦都有好多唔同嘅fusion菜式。 幾特別🫣 入到去餐廳環境座位舒適,員工都好有禮貌,餐牌方面都好多選擇同埋出邊未必食得到嘅菜式,fusion得來又好食! 兩個人今次都食咗好多嘢,叫咗海南雞,炸饅頭,豆腐粉絲煲,岩鹽牛肉粒。全部都好有驚喜,而且食物最重要就係調味,味道啱啱好唔會好鹹。 炸饅頭好特別啊,揸得香脆之餘,佢嘅醬汁唔係煉奶係感覺似蓮蓉,但係又出奇地好夾,唔會太甜岩鹽牛肉粒,蒜片香脆配上一粒再放入口好好食豆腐送飯一流,配上肉碎同埋粉絲我好鍾意,佢係有豆腐花喺底㗎,叫咗一杯咖啡一杯奶茶,兩杯都唔會太甜,而且豆腐花好滑 continue reading
