To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶冇乜打算冇乜期望平平你想醫包嗰肚 喺眾安街 入太興， 兩個人兩份下午茶餐都係叫燒鵝瀨粉， $38 都冇乜好投訴 我同朋友 各叫一份估唔到我有驚喜畀隻燒鵝髀( 聽講話指明要燒鵝髀要加十蚊，今日好彩我唔使喎)， 不過賺完都要彈下因為雖然食到隻 燒鵝髀 但係真係冇乜燒鵝香味，失敗失敗。 另外叫咗個餐前小食藤椒麻辣魚皮， $18 都叫冇得輸 朋友叫咗個紅豆冰走忌廉 味道算係 ok 啦； 我就都係叫返 咸檸檬 溝七起， 我覺得味道好夾。 嚟呢一間太興食嘢真係要撞手神，有時燒味好鬼香乳豬燒得好正各種燒味都好掂，但係今日就真係好普通。

晚餐搵啖食，干炒牛河，上枱一見，色香味的色，已經令你唔想食，仲要好油。雙併碟頭飯，燒鵝併切雞$71,飯沒有口感，燒鵝就係比最差位置，雞得個咸味！唯一合格就係杯奶茶。

為了再試它的奶茶。今午又去荃灣，見完客。忍着餓，约4點才去太興食下午茶。羅宋湯通粉，两隻炸雞中翼，茶走。($38）茶走，少少茶香，滑，唔嚡，濃淡適中，好飲，九成似翠X那杯奶茶，一樣好飲。温度再熱些，更好。飲食集團仍保持正常好水準，要讚！注重奶茶質素的餐廳，值得支持和讚許！炸雞中翼，雞肉熟而不柴皮，冇雪味，水準之上。熱辣辣，好味！羅宋湯，少少肉味，配上少少通粉，味道不错。員工和熟客有傾有講，整體態度正常。

諗住求其食一餐，就試下太興個魚膠砂鍋雲吞雞，一上枱睇落賣相好似幾好，點知原來原地中晒伏……湯完全唔夠，得兩碗仔多啲，真係用黎淥菜都唔夠，煲仔個火仲鬼咁猛，痴筋……開始食唔夠5分鐘就已經要即刻熄火雞得嗰1/4个雞上架加隻雞翼，雞肉真係少得可憐，雞架本来就冇咩肉，仲要勁柴菜就湯底一大煲娃娃菜再配一盆生菜，全餐飯好似變左食齋咁雲吞直頭不知所謂，連速凍餃子都不如，更唔好話佢係一隻雲吞$120食啲咁既野，抵你地賺大錢既，好野

隔離咗成個星期😫，食咗成個星期飯盒🍚，出返嚟最想就係食返碗熱辣辣有湯既麵同飲返杯冰凍既凍奶茶，凍奶茶即刻聯想起太興的冰鎮奶茶，茶香奶滑唔會因為冰塊溶化而變淡，一於就揀太興去到太興即刻落單叫我喜愛的冰鎮奶茶同惹味排骨麵，點知侍應姐姐好好人話而家可以升級免費揀期間限定特色奶茶，我就梗係唔執輸試新嘢，就揀豆花奶茶啦🧋⭐️惹味排骨麵⭐️排骨煮得非常入味，夠火候，肉質夠淋唔會嚡，而家排骨份量好足好大碗，湯底味道亦夠濃郁，麵條煮得恰到好處，唔會太淋亦唔會太硬，仲有生菜增加色彩⭐️豆花奶茶⭐️豆花奶茶唔係用冰鎮，佢係將奶茶雪凍，底層係豆花，再加上奶茶，上面有一串三粒燒過的棉花糖，棉花糖燒過比較甜，由於食咗棉花糖先既關係奶茶變得冇咁甜，奶茶依舊奶滑茶香，再加豆花變得多層次，非常飽肚🤗而我都係鍾意原有嘅冰鎮奶茶多D
