從來冇寫過食評,但今次食完龍拉麵之後,實在唔寫個負皮唔得碗拉麵啲雲耳完全冇味拉麵嘅份量又細拉麵嘅質素好似喺阿信屋買一包麵煮嚟食咁隻溏心蛋又好鹹塊叉燒好似稍為好少少,但食落去都好唔新鮮最重要係個湯底完全冇質素可言,好似開粉嘅湯如果40至$50嘅價錢我覺得可以接受呢個質素但係佢至少$78一碗,真係完全唔值連筍都冇食完真係覺得好唔憤氣飲品選擇有汽水和波子水總共有三款拉麵可以揀俾佢好似好勁嘅裝修呃左我一定唔會再去食第二次 continue reading

(跪求看晒此文先好去考慮去不去食,因我後悔沒看openrice去食咗間垃圾!)十月七日晚,我一人拖著疲倦…而且肚餓到核爆嘅身軀,行過呢間所謂嘅拉麵店,首先我選好麵之後付款,就到隔離店面入座…………等…………等………等………其間隔離煮麵位就喝采聲………同大聲講大聲笑,我都不以為然………之後見到男侍應好抱歉地對先過我嚟嘅某客人致歉,原來某客人已經等咗好耐………再經我細心觀察發現,原來煮麵男掛住一路飲酒,一路招呼佢自己嘅朋友……好啦~~~煮麵男班朋友走,先至見到一班拉麵岀嚟………一岀岀六七碗………見到我都無言………咁錢到比咗,又肚餓………一嚟就緊係食~點知嚟錯麵………係辣嘅………真係食唔到………咁個男侍應見到即時同我換………其實邊碗麵去邊到………係煮麵男先知………係佢自己搞錯………其實碗麵真係唔好食,因為都無心煮個麵比你………而且只係扮日式拉麵………得個樣比你,就收你日式拉麵嘅價…………(即係明明買咗飛睇林峯演唱會點知演唱會一開係胡楓,擺明搵笨實)食食下………其間個沒酒量又要飲嘅煮麵男就不停係到揾咩原因點解會比錯麵………就大爆一句“小小辣都唔食得”咁我一聽到呢一句即係話“作為人客嘅我就算你煮乜嚟乜…食唔到都要食咗佢???????”呢一下~男侍應一聽到咁就安慰我………嘗試平息我嘅怒火………但之後個煮麵男就叫咗男侍應去麵位到照肺…………其實個男侍應好慘………佢無做錯過事………佢克盡己任………反觀係個煮麵男嘅問題…………四個大字講晒……****品行極差****你重想食呢間……………走過去隔離食碗粥………食碟腸粉算吧啦……… continue reading

幾年前新開張食過一次,當時只係得一個鋪位,六個位食拉麵。今日已經變成兩個鋪位,客人坐嘅位置自然都闊落左,食都食得無咁拘謹。第一次食個陣對厚切日式叉燒印象深刻,事隔咁耐,依然保持到水準,用料非常充足。上次食「白龍」,今次試下「黑龍」,叉燒固然又厚又好味,而櫻花蝦同黑松露都好足料!湯底濃得黎感覺唔會太膩,配合幼麵個口感好好味,仲有全隻溏心蛋都非常出色,如果有埋竹筍就完美啦!支持小店💛尤其好欣賞店主唔貪心,只賣三種拉麵,白、黑、赤三款都各有特色,追求素質而唔追求數量👍🏻 continue reading

今次都係講拉麵。 屯門區別一間我同朋友都好喜歡。 比較近市中心, 由坐得8個客架小店變成兩間店架鋪頭。 老闆有心機做麵, 同聲同氣香港人, 湯底有白, 紅, 黑龍。 分別是豬骨湯, 擔擔麵辣辣地, 黑松露。 各有特色, 清清地食白, 辣辣地食紅, 重口味啲食黑。 叉燒夠厚, 每舊上枱前老闆都會燒香, 糖心蛋都好入味。 麵底, 叉燒, 蛋都可以加。 不過大家叫果時量力而為, 叫多左, 食唔晒老闆會唔開人架。 要飲兩柸架朋友可以叫酒嘅, 但因不是居酒屋, 所以有人排隊就飲完就可能要去其他地方先慢慢飲啦。 😁好食嘅拉麵, 一般都湯底比較濃同高卡。 怕肥架朋友, 都是食點菜和生果先去食就會健康一啲啦。 😋 continue reading

好耐之前去食過,個時剩係得吧枱位,係舖頭出面排隊,排到咁上下就會有人叫你落左單先,選擇唔多,得幾款俾你揀。舖頭細細,個廚房已經霸佔左一大半既空間,兩個廚師係入面整野食,再一個L型既食客位,個個圍住個廚師食麵,坐得未算最舒適,但都可以接受既,底底有個籃俾你放雜物,仲有成個水煲俾你自己斟水,設計都幾貼心。鍾意食辣既我就叫左個赤龍,佢係中式擔擔麵湯底黎,而我本身就麻麻擔擔麵既,因為覺得佢要辣不辣咁,唔知想點,但依個擔擔湯係辣既,所以尚可接受,而其他野,例如粟米、木耳、紫菜同蛋個啲就基本野啦,冇咩好講。但個叉燒就真係要讚下,廚師切開叉燒後,應該係再用火槍燒一燒(唔知佢用咩燒啦,應該係火槍),食落好香口,平時我食拉麵會覺得啲麵同個湯係主角,今次依碗,個叉燒真係搶晒foc。好!好!食!但佢擴充左之後,好似多左好多負評,好似冇左之前既水準,要考慮下先會再去食 continue reading
