其實本人好欣賞個石燒乳豬 但而家都怕左唔敢去呢間野 因為個肥肥灰衫女侍應真係好煩次次去親一坐底櫈都未暖就叫您買卷(月餅,年糕,蘿蔔糕,糉)無論咩季節去都有卷不停煩住您買就算上次已經比佢煩到買左卷依然都會不停叫您再買,令您這餐食都好唔舒服好煩厭,對住啲老人家仲要迫人買,點迫呢? 就咁放底張卷在枱面就走左去點解可以咁冇品。如果擺明唔買,成晚叫極佢都唔會過來您張枱服務還有個石燒乳豬有陣時上枱係唔熱既,就非常失望因為冇左石燒個意義了。咁既服務太度係會趕走晒啲客,祝早日搬遷 continue reading

每逢初二,都會入屯門跟我姨一家拜年,今年我姨帶我們試新野......經典廚房。開年飯例牌會有套餐,一行九人最好莫過於點一個十人餐,又豬又鵝又鮑魚,十分豐富。醬燒乳豬用熱石春墊底原隻上,食的時候還是暖笠笠的,皮脆肉嫩,沒有過多的油脂,十分好味。上湯焗海蝦伊麵味道比較清淡,份量很多,海蝦大大隻,肉質鮮嫩,十分鮮甜。碧綠蚌片花枝的翠玉瓜爽口,份量多。蚌片花枝都切得較薄,口感不夠,並且冰鮮得沒有半點鮮味。什果沙律伴烤軟骨賣相吸引,一上檯便飄來陣陣的孜然粉味,烤骨肉質鮮嫩香口,沙律雖則普通地用上罐頭雜果,但卻配合得天衣無縫,令油膩感頓失。紅燒雞絲生翅同樣味淡,雞絲沒有雞味,我那碗沒有翅的痕跡。蠔皇海鮑片伴金錢的鮑片切得雖薄,但仍有口感的,冬菇味濃配上味淡的蠔油汁茨,非常好,只可惜墊底的是我最不喜歡的小棠菜,如改用生菜更好。清蒸沙巴大龍躉蒸得火喉剛好,肉質鮮嫩,不帶半點腥味。瑤柱蛋白炒飯材料並不豐富,炒得並不乾身,上檯時還有些飯是黐埋一舊的。味道也頗清淡。燒鵝皇竟然被安排最後才上,可惜,因為大家都已經有九成飽,實在吃不下,但怎樣都會食一兩舊試試味道,鵝皮不夠脆,皮下脂肪肥厚,肉質鮮嫩香口。打包回家第二日再食仍然好味。最後一味紅棗糕很好味,不太甜,煙韌度剛好,紅棗味十足👍🏼這餐開年飯總體而言算是不錯,味道清淡明顯沒有味精,食完絕無口渴的感覺。份量多而價錢合理,大家都食得喜氣洋洋,為新一年帶來富足的好兆頭😆 continue reading

原本訂了位對面間酒樓,臨時取消改去來呢間廚房試下。雖然環境不夠對面間咁好,話明係廚房,所以食完全身都有好大陣油煙味,坐車回家途中,感覺好檻尬。除了這樣,其他都好滿意!首先,白灼蝦,好抵又好鮮甜新鮮好味,2-5人十蚊有一斤,由於媽咪已到,我們放工入去屯門車程要個多少時,她就點了這個先,怕售完即止。一蝶有18隻蝦,我們一行五人(其中一位小朋友)份量適中。跟著點了三寶:蒜容蒸波士頓龍蝦,以為硬殼,其實軟殼好容易開,唔使用鉗都得,龍蝦鉗好多肉,好鮮嫩。蟲草花魚肚浸翡翠,清清地夠熱。家鄉蒸龍躉頭腩,魚肉好冧,麻麻地。又點鎮店推介的石春燒乳豬半隻,好有驚喜!皮好脆,熱辣辣的黑色石春墊底,保存熱度,今天節氣大雪,食咗溫暖呀!最後點個拔絲鲜肉排,好夠獲氣,肉質好爽,好鮮,紫洋蔥彩椒菠蘿伴菜,酸酸甜甜好開胃。最最最後點了一窩海皇豆腐羹,有爽口的蝦蟹柳草菇滑lulu的豆腐,湯又夠熱,味道適中,唔太鹹!因為好飲差啲忘記了拍照𠻹!仲有值得讚賞的就是上菜有效率!食物夠獲氣!👍🏻👍🏻下次有機會再來臨! continue reading
