食過bakeHouse嘅蛋撻好多次, 每次都係外賣。今次第一次行過堂食食lunch,原來都好好味。首先第一樣係BakeHouse Breakfast 兩隻蛋可以自己揀煮法,我就揀咗要太陽蛋。煙肉唔算太鹹, 個腸係帶少少辣味配埋個蕃茄醬好夾個酸種麵包係用牛油煎過,好脆,但仍然帶少少鬆化煙靭Flat white 有靚拉花最後唔少得一定係蛋撻呢度係堂食都唔使+1 下次會再黎食lunchset 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

Bakehouse的蛋撻同牛角酥出晒名就係人都知,我自己都係常客,每次經過都總會買一些回去,還會買些回去給家人做早餐,但就未試過堂食,上星期終於抽到時間去灣仔分店,坐低感受一下呢間打卡名店的brunch。灣仔店唯一一間是有堂食的,位置唔算多,有個閣樓,風格係我喜歡的英式工業風。兩個人唔算十分肚餓,叫左一份bakehouse breakfast,有兩片脆卜卜煙肉,sausages, 車厘茄,仲有我至愛的大啡菇,再加一件ham & cheese croissant,磨菇湯,兩個人share啱啱好。Bakehouse始終係主打pastries,咖啡飲品只係陪襯品,叫左一杯flat white,無期望之下竟然水準都幾唔錯,為呢餐畫上完美句號。臨走時當然要買些手信回去啦,今次買左Strawberry Vanilla Danish同Sourdough Egg Tart各一件返去比屋企人做下午茶,拎到返屋企都仲有少少温度,所有包類都是一如既往地好食😋,👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

一講到蛋撻,可能好多人都會諗起Bakehouse。其實嚴格嚟講,佢比較似葡式蛋撻多啲。早幾年佢分店唔多,每次想買都排晒長龍要等好耐。但係近呢幾年開多咗分店,排隊時間縮短咗。👍🏼通常去到我都會買蛋撻,牛角包同埋scone。Bakehouse葡撻嘅撻皮又酥又脆 ,而且好香牛油味。蛋漿嘅蛋味濃郁而且嫩滑,又帶焦糖甜味,整體嚟講係好食嘅,係略嫌佢甜咗少少。(個人口味偏愛小甜食物)另外,Croissant🥐外層酥脆,裏面鬆軟。至於cheese scone,通常我都會烘返熱佢先食,因為烘熱後芝士同牛油味會出啲,而且無咁乾身。 continue reading
