Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日早晨留留又要去灣仔工作,要找個地方食早餐才算有一個好開始的一天。上次來工作時,下大雨到紅色signal 。。。南記原本都幾多分店的,看到有將軍澳分店,我都無試過,有機會去試下先。試了個沙嗲肥牛,和平時食開沙嗲汁不同。說是沙嗲汁,不如説是豆瓣醬似d,因為有不小黃豆的。但是沙嗲味,有趣有趣。中式早餐要個豆漿才算數,個豆漿有豆味。不過,我覺得唔錯的是個 croissant 法式牛角包,都幾香的,一定有牛油味。彩蛋了,記得台灣食的牛角包,很中式的。(想看看怎樣是台式牛角包,便要看回台灣的食評了)而且,在香港食速度很快,食完便行,和台灣的有一點似,想起台灣時食的包手 幸福豆漿 在台中的速度。 continue reading

成日落大雨,所以就決定咗叫外賣,呢一間餐廳喺屋企附近嘅外賣用app叫非常方便,而且好快手就會有!今日就叫咗兩個餸,另外多一個生菜,由於係下午茶時間,所以有豆漿餸同埋生菜,只係需要$5!個生菜份量非常多,一打開嘅時候真係冇諗過咁多,不過我就冇落過任何蠔油又或者腩汁,想食比較清淡啲,整體就好似白灼青菜咁,我冇話太大特別,但係份量就非常多,呢個價錢真係抵到爛🙈佢係春卷,當然係佢嘅招牌菜,入口非常好食,充滿魚味,係我最鍾意食嘅口感,腩肉就非常夠味,辣辣地加埋米線食非常配搭,下次有機會再會叫呢一間餐廳嘅外賣! continue reading

Lunch time 諗唔到食咩,最好既選擇就係米線,食南記必食佢既春卷,今次叫咗招牌春卷牛腩酸辣湯米線第一啖食佢啲芽菜同米線,一個字:正👍🏻 好入味,啲芽菜都有酸辣味,叫酸辣湯底最鐘意食佢啲酸菜,酸酸地好開胃啲牛腩算多同埋佢已經預先調咗味,味道剛剛好,又夠淋招牌春卷依然保持到世一水準,同米線超match,浸落米線到唔會太熱氣,亦都唔會有太大罪惡感試過咁多南記餸都係春卷最出色 continue reading

南記下午茶都算係全香港最抵食 $2x有個麵 仲有野飲 當然凍飲+錢啦今次嗌咗沙嗲牛公仔麵 改春卷 再改右面🤣 改曬 但全部都唔使加錢 額外再加多五件魚片頭 都係+$11 所以搵南記下午茶真係好抵食 講返食物質素 依度嘅春卷我覺得係幾好食嘅 至少厚肉 但因為係下午茶緣故 剩係得兩條 正常餐有四條 沙嗲汁係偏甜 都幾濃 幾杰 雖然睇圖唔係太多沙嗲 但係撈完個湯底都保留到沙嗲味 最緊要咁嘅價錢 魚片頭係跟餐加嘅小食 見着廚房即刻炸 然後加椒鹽粉 小編每次都會叫多粉🤣 如果唔係唔會咁多 continue reading
