To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工想食一下刺身,幾間九龍區的大喜屋都full了,幸好,銅鑼灣分店竟然有位,可以食7:45分那輪!朋友早入,可以拎定位,定野食等我。價錢不過$268,我來到時已經座無虛席,要數香港成功的餐廳,大喜屋真的當之無愧 ,因為每間分店晚市時段,真係坐滿人~自助區有沙律吧、生果吧、甜品櫃、飲品櫃、冷熱飲品,清酒任君選擇。海鮮區有青口、大蜆、大蝦,還有熱辣辣湯品和糖水!刺身厚切,必點的三文魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚、帶子、赤蝦,全部都新鮮又肥美,池魚王薄切亦是必食,刺身每次都是放題的主打食物,一定要encore至少2轉。還有拖羅蓉和海膽手卷,細細件但夠鮮味。今次試左壽司,估唔到水準又幾好,花之戀、帶子、海膽拖羅蓉、甜蝦沙律等,細細件容易食。燒物必食當然有燒蠔,點了半打,最欣賞那鋪面的炸蒜,好香口。蠔肉夠大隻又夠多汁。燒牛舌爽口,燒鰻魚肥美,天婦羅香口。花菇花膠和花雕鮑魚是回本之作,不可不食!!!葱爆炒鱔球、西京燒比目魚、燒菠蘿、雞軟骨都是我的愛。燒榴槤好驚喜,大大件好香甜creamy,正過自己出去買榴槤食,食返幾件止下榴槤癮。最後食了2轉蟹粉豆苗,消化一下。再食埋燕窩燉蛋白雪糕便漢滿足了。仍然覺得3百零蚊
