私房菜亦食過一兩次,雖然稱為私房菜,但其實都是掛了招牌,很易揾到的那種。今次同同事黎食呢間就真係好私房,因為店面完全無水牌而且係內街入面,只接受預約,無booking直情是不做生意的。我地係柯士甸道來回左2次都揾唔到餐廳,最後打俾餐廳,教我地點去。上左樓梯推門而入係一個小偏廳,有梳化椅,轉左入去才是餐廳所在,有個大大的開放式廚房,客人可以睇到廚師忙碌的身影。是夜預約的有4枱,頗熱鬧。因為今次係同事發板,所以食物已經預先同餐廳講好,預先係whatspp send左餐牌俾我地,我地到左就係等食。 先黎係自家製餐包,俾我地過止餓。然後頭盤,四式拼盤有日式凍豆腐、海膽燉蛋、巴馬火腿配律及煙三文魚配魚子醬,每樣份量都的的骰骰,可以小食多滋味~另外的黑魚子醬配帶子加芒果牛油果賣相別緻,帶子上更鋪左金箔。然後係First main,燴意大利飯上有大大粒香煎北海道帶子,龍蝦汁夠濃,飯又夠乾身,蝦味亦夠出,另外的芝士焗黑松露野菌千層,質怠有點似千層意大利粉,兩者份量都係少少地,所以食完唔會太飽,過到口癮之餘又可以繼續主菜部份。 干邑龍蝦湯帶點酒香,野菌湯則creamy,兩者質感都夠濃。 主菜點了澳洲M7

主菜點了澳洲M7和牛肉眼及西班牙豬面肉。和牛肉質juicy而多汁,煎得十分不錯,可以清晰見到牛肉的嫩紅色。豬面肉燘得好稔,而且夠入味。

到了甜品,當然而試下朱古力火鍋,和平常不同,火鍋的生果急凍過,所以一放入朱古力即刻變左凍版的生果朱古力,朋友好鍾意。

我點左個藍莓竹炭mousse配手打雪糕。呢個竹炭好特別,質感好輕身,味道唔算濃,但配雪糕食又頗夾。

呢度裝修簡約,點係好隱閉,如果情侶黎的話隨時有包場的感覺,因為餐廳話只要有一枱客人,佢地都會盡量配合,呢種服務庇度,真係十分令人欣賞。
