To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工老弟在上環,相約去吃晚飯才回家。來到了香港老飯店,因為之前lunch和同事吃過一次,頗地道,所以encore一下。它的位置不算顯眼,在南豐中心的地庫,如果商場不是有個招牌,其實很難發現。晚市時間,很熱鬧,看得出大部份食客也是老顧客,因為侍應姐姐都知道客人的飲食喜好,就像老朋友。坐下想了很久終於有決定,因為小菜選擇頗多,讓人十五十六。我們點了 核桃燻蛋從來沒吃過,很喜歡那沾滿芝麻而膽口的核桃,甜甜鬆脆,蛋是流心的。橙黃的蛋和核桃是如此搭配。 樟茶乳鴿也是第一次食,乳鴿細細隻但肉甚厚,鴿味也濃。一旁放著幾件麵包仔,甜甜地,伴鴿肉食,可減輕單食之咸味! 大閘蟹當的季節,我們也點了籠蟹粉小籠包!新鮮蒸起的熱騰騰,名副其實的皮薄多汁。入面的蟹粉也清晰可見! 清蒸黃花魚清甜,雖然多骨,但鮮味十足,簡單用薑葱蒸已經好好食。侍應姐姐仲好貼心問,使唔使幫我地起肉! 奶油津白清甜得黎帶金華火腿香,沒有很多配料,簡單又好味。 2個人5個餸,簡簡單單又一餐。飯後仲叫了個酒釀丸子,好足料,甜甜地潤一潤。 這裏是老派飯店,侍應普遍都上了年紀。服務態度超級好,啲姐姐好熱情,食物質素又平穩,值得黎幫襯!
