Situated on a high floor as well as with floor-to-ceiling windows, guests get to enjoy exceptional views over the Victoria Harbour and the Victoria Park here.
A basic teppanyaki lunch set featuring 3 types of sashimi, 2 types of sushi and 6 courses of teppanyaki dishes would cost $428, but during their soft opening, they are offering it at a promotion price of $398! Highly recommended that you come visit especially while the promotion is still running!

Sugar+是座立於銅鑼灣的新商廈
不少高質餐廳已在這裡陸陸續續的開幕
其中一家是位於26樓的《瀧宴日本料理》
身處於高樓層,坐擁超美景觀,包括維園跟維港一帶的風景
可惜到訪當天天氣不太好,未能欣賞最美的景觀
室內空間寬敞,樓底很高
有兩邊鐵板燒位置,以及兩排餐桌

這天嚐了他們的〔Lunch special menu〕,是最基礎的鐵板燒套餐,包括三款刺身、兩款壽司、以及六道鐵板燒菜式
$428的原價已算划算,但適逢試業期間,他們更以$398提供這個套餐,性價比超級高
坐在鐵板燒吧檯,觀賞著壽司師傅跟鐵板燒師傅的表演,超滿足 ♡
