香港的正宗潮州菜已經愈來愈少,哩間出左名既潮州打冷,經常客滿👍店內有不少地道潮州菜!菜式選擇不少呢👍胡椒豬肚煲是潮汕的一道家常菜,是用五花肉或排骨和鹹酸菜一起熬煮出來的一煲湯,胡椒味道相當濃郁,而且豬肚嘅份量相當多,連同排骨一齊熬製,個湯真係好好飲,好暖胃😍滷水鵝皮味道濃郁,不會過鹹,而鵝皮依然保持有彈性,鵝肉一啲都唔乾,👩‍🍳拿捏的恰到好處,底部用豆腐片墊住,豆腐雖然係配菜,好香既豆味同時吸收咗滷水嘅味道😍係精華嘅所在😝滷水拼盤,有鵝腸、豬大腸、紅腸、豬腩肉、豬耳同墨魚,仲有大豆芽墊底,份量十足🥰🥰食打冷又點少得韮菜豬紅呢?份量超多,豬紅香滑,唔會一咬就散,韮菜味香濃,索晒湯,唔錯,味道調校得好好👍蠔仔肉碎粥,呢煲蠔仔肉碎粥可以分到至少八碗,蠔仔漲卜卜,好鮮甜,灑上一些白胡椒更好喝,成個蠔仔肉碎粥就更有層次啦!潮洲春菜炆鹹豬肉,潮州菜的家常小炒也很不錯🥰

蠔仔肉碎粥,呢煲蠔仔肉碎粥可以分到至少八碗,蠔仔漲卜卜,好鮮甜,灑上一些白胡椒更好喝,成個蠔仔肉碎粥就更有層次啦!
