To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 豬肋骨份量蠻多,很入味😋
BBQ醬雖說是「Kimchi韓式風味醬」,但泡菜味道不大~
另外還配有焗薯還有玉米,好好吃好滿足😆

雖然Glasshouse的甜品選擇超級多,但大部分客人來到這裡都是必點這個!
原因是視覺效果實在太棒了!🤩
焦糖燉蛋上鋪上香蕉還有砂糖,店員會淋上酒,點火,就做成美美的效果🔥
燉蛋質感滑嫩,不過表面砂糖不夠硬脆 (?),沒有焦糖燉蛋應有的口感~
可是配上香蕉又是另一種體驗🍌
另外還可以倒入咖啡同吃,以苦澀中和燉蛋的甜味~層次很豐富
份量再大一點就最好啦😛
