放工後,拖著疲累的身軀,到<牛の鍋>享受日式料理和火鍋,慰勞下自己。晚上七時,餐廳已經半滿,煙霧瀰漫的感覺,非常熱閙。晚市的火鍋放題有A、B SET,A SET (平日$208)有日本料理、火鍋及甜品,B SET (平日$168)只有火鍋及甜品,為食兵團當然點包羅萬有的A SET! 安坐後,我們便落力點湯底及火鍋配料,湯底的選擇五花八門: 豬骨湯、黑松露龍蝦湯、蕃茄濃湯、北海道牛乳湯等,十分吸引,最後選了黑松露龍蝦湯,感覺比較新鮮少有。我們還點了極上牛肉及精選豚肉,在配料上枱前,把握持間到自助吧,攞蔬菜、肉丸填肚先! 蔬菜、肉丸的款式繁多,如牛筋丸、芝心丸、龍蝦丸、炸響鈴、生根;香菇、秀珍菇、雞脾菇、金菇等,可算是應有盡有,店員都頻密地補充配料,的確不錯。黑松露龍蝦湯雖然無想像中濃郁,但熱燙的煙霧傳來陣陣蝦香味,山根、響鈴、金菇吸收了湯底的鮮香,特別好味。極上牛肉薄切豔紅,雪花不多,肉質偏瘦,適合愛美的女士,牛肉入口煙韌,充滿濃郁的牛肉味;精選豚肉則比較肥美,入口軟嫰,我們都ENCORE了一碟。吃完火鍋後,美味的日式料理便緊接而來,超吸引! 甜蝦刺身粉嫰、晶瑩,非常新鮮
