唔係認知嘅Tiramisu樣,店員話有少少似分子料理,面頭似焦糖燉蛋嘅焦糖,好脆口,下面係幼滑嘅mascarpone cheese,cheese裡面仲包住一個朱古力漿嘅波波,篤穿佢就可以撈埋啲cheese一齊食。呢個tiramisu朱古力味係重過咖啡味嘅,如果鍾意咖啡味濃啲嘅話,咁呢個就未必適合啦~

作為米芝蓮一星,我覺得有啲名過於實。食物質素唔驚艷,而且價位好高,性價比極低。牛扒嘅熟度拿捏得幾好,真係做到medium rare,但調味方面比較重手,每一款牛都好鹹。如果真係要排名的話:❤️US Ribeye Cap> AU Wagyu Filet> AU Boneless Ribeye> Korean Striploin💔,可能我唔係咁喜歡油脂感太重嘅肉啦,Korean Striploin真係又貴又膩。咁多樣嘢食反而mini burger有驚喜,咬落去烘過嘅麵包皮脆脆地,然後舊漢堡肉爆哂汁,超juicy,好正👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
餐廳坐得舒服嘅,但冇海景冇view。今餐由18:30食到22:00,唔講以為自己食緊法國大餐🤪 點解食咁耐?店員話今晚有個大party喎,所以廚房好忙🥲 其實你收我咁貴,個service charge都夠我平時食幾餐飯,大party係客,我哋就唔係客?🤨 不過公道講句,店員態度友善嘅,我純粹係覺得呢餐飯得唔到應有嘅service啫~ 而且超級唔值!!!
