To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友外地返香港,搵個地方聚一聚,當然掛住香港嘅中菜啦,所以搵間舒服嘅地方坐吓,價錢合理,食物OK嘅。開個茶底,估唔到有人蔘烏龍,醇香嘅烏龍茶葉,清新回甜,補充元氣 。呢碟火爆安格斯牛柳條,肉質鮮嫩多汁,再配合特製醬汁,酸甜適中,加埋啲指天椒乾,真係無法抗拒。呢道菜融合咗西方牛肉嘅肥美風味,加上中式烹調技巧,造就咗一道難忘嘅佳餚。嚟到酒樓就食吓基本嘢,西蘭花炒帶子, 𧶘子算新鮮大大粒,火候都好夠接下來就有紅燒BB鴿, 細細隻,都幾入味,正常酒樓水準最後,我哋品嚐到咗椰汁棗皇糕,呢道甜品糯糯軟軟香甜十足, 為我哋嘅饗宴畫上圓滿嘅句號。
