To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六食早場,我地係第二枱客。四個人坐靠窗的卡位,好闊落。店舖空間好大。四個人點了兩個套餐,一個散點年糕和小籠包。夠飽的。午市有套餐提供套餐有前菜,湯和飯。另有各款點心,小食供應茶☕️好特別呀!四寶茶,無咁悶!雪菜肉絲炒年糕這是散叫的炒年糕細碟味道一般鹽酥蒜香骨份量算大香口,好食!紅燒小黃魚配菜不錯啊!冬菇,蒜頭都入晒味😆小籠包,餐牌上是3隻的我地4個人,可以加1粒。小籠包算是差的。包內沒有汁的⭕️進店前量度體溫 ⭕️提供AQ消毒噴噴
