To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時都好少過港島，今個星期過會展工作，跟老闆去左灣仔呢間餐廳lunch.呢間餐廳既設計係bar既形式, 有好多電視直播球賽，仲有得玩卓球同掉標。Trafalgar有好多酒既選擇，好多Cocktail同啤酒種類，如果中意中午relax下，飲下野輕鬆下既朋友就岩曬。唔好酒既朋友 （例如我），可以試下鮮果沙冰，果味好香又唔會太甜。雖然係一間bar, 但野食方面都好吸引， 有英式fish and chips，cheese burger同各種扒、意粉、意大利飯同小食。我試左Ribs。平時食ribs會怕燒到好乾，D肉如果燒得老又會好難切。呢個ribs夠"林"，輕輕𠝹就已經切到。咬落好香好多肉汁。醬汁香辣又惹味，同事都切左我少少黎送酒。卡邦尼意粉大推介！！！！ 好少食到卡邦尼意粉咁好食，個汁好濃但一D都唔會杰。食過好多卡邦尼都好快膩，但呢碟可以極速食曬又唔膩。配上煙肉同少少香草碎調味，岩岩好～雖然Trafalgar既價格唔平，樣樣野食都百幾二百，但對平時lunch拿拿聲食個頹飯既我黎講，真係一個好relaxing既中午，一解工作壓力。間唔中食一餐貴少少慰勞下自已都係唔錯既。見到佢晚餐都似唔錯，下次要
