成日話食氣氛,究竟氣氛係點食?氣氛明明係一個uncountable nouns,點樣去釐定食到幾多呢?我就發現當我咁理性去分析時侯,姐係代表我食唔到個氣氛了。所以今次無論如何,都要領教一下「Nissa la Bella」咩叫做法式浪漫VIBE!👇🏻📌S I N A T U R E - ▪️ Pissaladière - ▫️ 一開頭除左有個法包片比你之外,仲有開胃菜「尼斯洋蔥鯷魚橄欖薄餅」,底部一個mini pizza幾脆口,面頭放左d焦糖化洋蔥、橄欖、鯷魚,整個入味酸酸甜甜,真係幾醒胃。▪️ Green Peas Salad - ▫️ 跟住既「青豆沙律」將車厘茄、紅蔥頭、薄荷、青豆擺埋一齊,再係面頭放左隻水煮蛋,蛋香十足,而成件事擺埋一齊係無違和感,味道清新,值得一試。▪️ Ceviche de la peche du jour - ▫️ 日本魚生食得多,法式魚生我都係第一次試,呢個「是日檸檬醃魚生」魚肉相當爽彈,煙韌得黎又有咬口,用檸檬輕輕再吊返個魚鮮味,呢道菜配甜白酒就無得輸。▪️ Tartare de Boeuf -▫️ 主食試埋個「法式牛肉他他配薯條」,他他相當濃香,食落口感軟綿,配上即炸薯

而裡面仲食到雲呢拿雪糕,面頭再灑上朱古力醬,整體相當滿足,
但甜而不膩,超好食!
