今晚我們去咗灣仔利東街即以前嘅「囍帖街」嘅「Blue Brick Bistro」食晚飯!我們叫咗兩個四道菜晚餐!餐包:熱辣辣嘅包質相當香滑鬆軟!頭盤:北海道帶子他他配三文魚籽及車厘茄嘅賣相極之精緻吸引,鮮甜嘅三文魚籽加埋鮮味嫩滑嘅他他帶子同三文魚,仲有爽甜嘅青瓜一齊食,真係非常惹味!BBB沙律嘅BBB係兩款唔同香腸組成,一款係白色腸味道比較清淡,另一款係紅色腸味道比較香濃,肉質口感好爽脆!餐湯:慢煮伊比利亞火腿及鷄肉清湯嘅味道真係相當清,將塊火腿放咗落湯先感覺到有味!黑松露湯嘅湯底非常濃郁,黑松露嘅味道相當芳香!主菜:和式燒山口縣鷄柳配田園沙律及意大利黑醋汁嘅燒鷄柳外皮燒得相當香脆,肉質非常嫩滑,而且肉汁超多!香煎比目魚配法式燴雜菜嘅比目魚表面煎得好金黃香脆,肉質極之嫩滑,味道相當清甜!甜品:南青山蛋糕卷「原味」嘅質感超級香滑鬆軟,蛋味非常香濃,忌廉相當雪白幼滑,真係超好味呀!
