灣仔從前o既「囍帖街」現今已變成「囍歡里」 ,橫街都改建成小公園休憩處,街道亦轉成購物商場o既一部份。唔怪得知日本名餅店「Yoku Moku」喺度開分店之餘,仲要搭建多兩層西餐廳「Blue Brick Bistro」。正門喺地下「Yoku Moku」餅舖o既側旁。接待處旁有條樓梯通往一樓餐室。樓梯後面其實有個酒吧,但因未正式開放,故不得內進。大家請放心,大廈另一邊亦設有升降機 ,食客唔洗一定要行上梯級。樓梯頂上o既吊燈喺唔同角度望落去都咁靚咁有特色,設計得好有心思。 四周簡潔o既裝潢及柔和o既光線感覺極之大方舒適。大廳o既佈置可見餐廳快將開幕 ,細問下得知原來吉日就係跟住嗰晚,即二月一日。可能要忙於籌備派對,我地一行又有成八人,為免招呼唔到其他人,所以就索性間出半梳化式散坐o既一邊俾我地包場。如果鍾意吸收新鮮空氣,店子亦設有室外座位,天熱有風扇,天冷仲會開住火爐添 。餐具及菜餚全為西式,但主要食材則大多購自日本。現階段晚市有兩款四道菜o既套餐,價錢分別為$298及$348(另收加一服務費),前者主菜屬意粉類,後者則為肉類及海鮮類;頭盤同樣係二選一、餐湯同甜品為是日精選。當然
