幸・匠燒的裝潢以神社為靈感,正門豎立鳥居,以加強客人體驗。步入店內,環境氣氛恬靜舒適,不同於其他喧鬧的日式居酒屋,梳化卡位之間更以竹簾分隔 ,有足夠的私人空間好好享用餐點。一家人用餐,最重要是父母夠飽肚,散點各種菜式。薄燒鰹魚沙律,鰹魚新鮮紮實,魚味濃。略略燒過的鰹魚配上酸爽的沙律,令人開胃!特上刺身拼盤,足足有10款刺身,拖羅、海膽、甜蝦、帶子、三文魚、炙燒左口魚等等,每款刺身都是厚切!惜每款只有2片,未能盡試各款,家人大讚刺身鮮甜味美。拖羅充滿美麗的油花,油香四溢,入口即溶!海膽亦鮮甜濃郁!刺身配上鮮磨芥辣與醬油,味香而不嗆,吊出刺身鮮味!鐵火卷,味道普通,不太嚐到吞拿魚香。幸之卷,以時令鮮魚製作,每件的面層以兩款刺身包裹,入口嚐盡不同的口感與滋味,魚的鮮甜在口腔內交織。來到熟食部分,明太子芝士蛋卷,軟綿綿又富蛋香的玉子燒,面層鋪有蟹籽及紫菜絲,口感豐富!明太子與芝士份量不多,惹味程度不足~土豆芝士炸雞,最為美味的熟食!炸雞皮脆肉嫩,粒粒飽滿,富肉汁,微微鹹香配上半溶芝士,好惹味!薯仔切成厚片,焦香味加上吸了點雞油,配芝士,同樣滋味!串燒是幸・匠燒的主打之一,點了兩串和牛串 ($9
