成日都話一字記之曰係個心字,我就諗唔明啦,人地又係用個心我夠係用個心點解人地就得到讚賞我就9下9下?呢個年代已唔係簡單一個有心就得,仲要夾雜天時地利人和,簡單講,「心之食堂」已經就係人版,開業多時,仲仍然咁旺埸,有d野唔到係恨唔到咖啦。👇📌前 菜 - ▪️ 吉 列 炸 蠔 - $68▪️ 蒜 香 燒 蠔 - $48/2只▫️ 我真係愛蠔者,一次過分別試左又炸又燒既「吉列炸蠔」同埋「蒜香燒蠔」,炸蠔炸得非常乾身,入口完全唔油膩,裡面肉質肥美,一啖咬落去仲好juicy,好食;而燒蠔亦唔差,蠔味香濃,配搭蒜蓉黎燒,食起上黎濃香惹味,兩者各有千秋,正! 📌一 品 料 理 -▪️ 原 條 日 本 燒 魷 魚 - $98▪️ 火 焰 鐵 板 牛 柳 串 - $88/2串 ▫️ 呢個「原條日本燒魷魚」誠意十足,淨計個size都有我一隻手板咁長,而食落質感好有咬口,但又唔會太韌,面頭仲有自家製醬汁,份外有風味;而「火焰鐵板牛柳串」一上枱staff先幫我地點火,牛柳賣相好靚仔,加上插住個菠蘿,幾有特色,而食落牛柳唔會太乾身,仲保留到肉汁,連埋紅椒一齊食,成個口感更加夾。📌人 氣 招 牌 - ▪️ 心 之 魚 生 飯
