To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自小對燒賣情有獨鍾,而非人人大多都愛吃的魚蛋。到石峽尾探到外婆之後,便週圍逛逛,看看有甚麼好吃。看到自制魚蓉燒賣,已經馬上拔足往前。點了兩串燒賣,及一瓶五花茶,魚肉燒賣:魚肉燒賣明顯地與普通的燒賣大有不同,普通的粉頭燒賣,整個外形被蒸一番個就會變球形,而且內心呈白色,吃上去易散及粉狀。但呢到既有好大分別,表面乾身,而且蒸熟後呈凹狀,內裏水份頗足,只有小小豉油已經好好味。另外,而點了個牛肉燒賣,真是一次吃到這種特別的燒賣,以往的牛肉燒賣都是白色透明的皮包裹著,但這兒的卻是黃皮,至於餡的質感亦不錯,頗爽口。林記,今次真係做左燒賣的主角。
