都好耐無同啲死佬聚一聚,所以,今晚就搞咗個小飯局,幾個死佬出嚟食下飯、吹下水。個個都喺麻甩佬,所以,食中菜就啱氣氛啲,故此,過到嚟灣仔嘅「樓上大排檔」食餐晚飯。 雖然唔喺真正嘅大牌檔,但鋪上紅色嘅膠枱布,用上舊時晌大牌檔常見嘅鋁質熱水壺,都有幾分以前大牌檔嘅感覺;周圍又整啲機鋪、麻雀鋪、快餐店、粉麵檔嘅門面,非常搞嘢,後生一輩可能未見過。因為嚟得早,客人唔算多,但坐吓坐吓都唔少人。餐牌底面兩版,主打避風塘菜式以及各式小炒,而背頁就喺啤酒、汽水、特飲……等等。食到尾,同啲阿姐傾開,先知喺以前喜記炒蟹嘅總廚主理,早知就點啲避風塘菜式啦!青檸梳打 $25、咸檸七 $25、可樂 $15啤酒就唔啱我哋,飲吓啲特飲爽快一吓啦。小弟揀咗青檸梳打,落咗成粒青檸,配以泰國嘅梳打水,所以,成杯梳打特別有青檸香,冰涼清爽。老死杯咸檸七都正,因為整粒鹹柑桔加上幾片檸檬,酸香醒神。招牌脆皮乳鴿 $78睇外觀,啲乳鴿炸得金黃吸引,色澤亮麗,咬落去非常之熱焫焫,外皮十分香脆,肉質嫩滑細緻,沾上少少淮鹽,更吊起啲肉香,怕鹹嘅點少少喼汁,亦都唔錯,可以去咗陣油膩感。 古法炒蜆 $128何謂古法?小弟就唔太清楚,不過碟炒

古法炒蜆 $128

何謂古法?小弟就唔太清楚,不過碟炒蜆加咗啲九層塔去炒,陣陣九層塔香氣,另外,仲帶少少甜味,整體而言,都幾惹味。此外,蜆肉都唔細粒,味道好鮮甜,最緊要食到尾一粒沙都無。

拔絲咕嚕肉 $138

咕嚕肉一向大有市場,味道酸酸甜甜,喺一記餸飯嘅好菜式。呢一碟咕嚕肉真喺做得幾好,酸甜細緻,唔會太嗆喉,茨汁剛好,唔會有太多餘嘅茨汁,咕嚕肉大大件,肉質鬆化,外層仲保持到脆口,細心食,食得出菠蘿喺新鮮貨,唔喺罐頭嘢。

呢個炒飯真心推介一下,因為唔喺一般蝦仁炒飯,加咗黑蒜粒去炒,但你又唔會話蒜味太強,可以講點到即止,黑蒜本身對人又好有益;最緊要喺個炒飯炒得香口,飯粒分明,所以,連老友都大讚好食。

蕃薯糖水

正要埋單之際,阿姐話咪走住,因為店家會奉送個蕃薯糖水,雖然唔喺咩貴嘢,喺餐廳表達嘅幾點點心意。啲蕃薯好夠甜味,有時晌街市買啲蕃薯靚但無乜甜味,而個糖水底就好勁薑,老友就話啱曬佢口味。
