冬蔭公一鍋上桌,大約分到3-4碗,湯內有4隻蝦同蘑菇等,驟眼望落賣相唔算吸引,飲落味道偏酸帶嗆喉感,惹味度只屬一般。小妹好鍾意飲冬蔭公,可惜呢鍋取悅唔到我,不過男人就話幾鍾意。

金邊粉炒得岩岩好,唔會太乾或太濕,調味恰到好處,甜中帶酸,唔會偏重某一味,食落相當開胃。灑上小妹至愛既花生碎,又香又惹味。

一塊塊糯米飯煎到金黃色,咬落多左份微脆像飯焦的口感,中間又不失糯米飯原本煙煙韌韌的口感;配上香甜煉奶同芒果,味道唔錯又特別,不過芒果可以再甜一點。

泰國的街頭炸香蕉亦都相當出名,所以餐廳也推出了一道甜品炸香蕉。落單後即點即炸,一碟有四件,面頭仲加左朱古力漿。炸粉皮咬落相當脆,裡頭係滿滿的香蕉肉,味道可以,但驚喜度不大,還是較愛煎糯米飯。

Other Info. : 題外話:小妹就覺得Open Food收費有點奇怪,因為未必人人都會用得上呢五款醬料,而且本身唔同菜式都應該配合返相應既醬汁?要額外比錢好似有點不合理,如果Open Food係一些小食感覺會較好。
