To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日覺得愉景灣是老外的地方,原來現在人口分佈已經是中外參半,更有一家水準高的中餐廳名為「牡丹軒中菜廳」,走中高檔路線,位於碼頭旁的商場內。佈置高雅如高級會所,菜餚賣相吸引,烹調拿捏準確,調味恰到好處,看得出是心機之作,價錢合理,值得推薦!朋友預先訂了私人房及精緻菜式。牡丹薈萃蜜汁黑豚肉叉燒、清酒一口鮑魚、脆皮素鵝叉燒肥瘦參半是最理想的部位,蜜味適中,肉質鬆化;我很喜歡以叉燒作開胃前菜,因為亦甜亦鹹的味道總令人開心。脆皮素鵝層次夠多,咀嚼起來頗有咬口疑似肉。鮑魚已經一分為二,入口透出清清的酒香。花膠菜膽螺頭湯足料老火湯,膠質豐富,花膠軟透螺頭甜。金湯白玉星班球以南瓜熬湯優點多,色澤金黃亮麗吸引,味道甜美,而且健康有營。兩塊班片之下更有一塊冬瓜,已經煮至通透,入口即化,吸收了南瓜湯味道好,亦替班球提味。整體清甜味佳,這個組合有心思。懷舊茘蓉香酥鴨經典懷舊菜,非常多工序,外層是脆口酥香的香滑芋泥,底層是已起骨的鴨肉,難得回味。野菌釀北海道南瓜盅很喜歡這個造型,色澤金黃,更刻上哈囉喂標誌。北海道南瓜更甜美,混合惹菌雜菜,味道清爽。瑤柱蛋白炒飯炒得唔錯,米飯粒粒分明,每粒皆沾上些蛋白,面頭的瑤柱
