友人一向是莆田的常客,好多菜式都吃過,但為何她今晚又話要來呢?原來她會緊貼留意餐廳不定時推出的主題。嚐了上期的海蠣節,輪到今期的蟶節也不能錯過。開放式的門口,環境光猛,有間獨立房,而大廳所設的座位不少,幾排長梳化座,配二至四人枱,中間有大圓枱,枱與枱之間較密集,大家要坐得親密一點。除了餐簿內的前菜、海鮮、肉類、蔬菜、靚湯、主食和甜品外,還有蟶子節一系列菜式和新加坡風味菜式,真是選擇很多。***********************還未點菜,店員便端上餐前小吃。是一碟爽口菜甫,鹹鹹地辣辣地,好醒胃,用來佐白飯都唔錯。 ***********************我倆都喜歡一次過吃幾款,精美四小拼Starters Platter ($129)就岩晒我地。有蝦苗拌頭水紫菜 Seaweed and Mini Shrimps、水晶豬蹄凍 Cold Pork Trotters Jelly、滷水嫩豆腐 Braised Homemade Bean Curd和家鄉燜荀乾細細碟,啲骰精緻。我和友人最愛蝦苗拌頭水紫菜,滑嘟嘟,嫩而無渣,拌着蝦苗,稍稍鹹鮮,美味!滷水嫩豆腐也不錯,入味但不太鹹;水晶豬蹄
