車廂佈置得太美了,更難得的是食物也很高質素。後來問了職員,原來套餐是由Lobster Bar 製作,難怪龍蝦湯和牛肉都很出色。訂位時很猶豫吃午餐還是下午茶,最終選了午餐。午餐三道菜每位$598,四道菜每位$798。✨選了四道菜✨頭盤:蟹肉 配柚子、茴香及牛油軟包湯:龍蝦濃湯 配水煮龍蝦及龍蒿忌廉 主菜:牛肩膀肉 配薯條、蔬菜及牛肉汁甜品:貝殼蛋糕最有驚喜的是牛肩肉,因為牛肩一般較瘦,肉質較靭,而我更點了七成熟,但最後牛肉做到外脆內粉紅,肉質嫩滑;伴碟薯條更用了一個加熱了的薯條盒盛載,可以加強保溫,十分細心。唯一美中不足的是午餐時段由中午12點至2點,想留喺夢幻車廂耐少少就睇下好唔好彩啦,如果下午茶唔full,都可以遲少少還枱😛另外,由於2pm大堂有live music,所以我下次會訂下午茶時段啦🎶🎵

最有驚喜的是牛肩肉,因為牛肩一般較瘦,肉質較靭,而我更點了七成熟,但最後牛肉做到外脆內粉紅,肉質嫩滑;伴碟薯條更用了一個加熱了的薯條盒盛載,可以加強保溫,十分細心。
