To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「WFH 唔食爆佢就 WTF」系列之望住「阿渣c」食韓食居家工作咁耐加上早前疫情嚴重, 都好耐冇出去尋尋覓覓搵好野食。無得去旅行, 就去下久違的韓國餐廳搵「阿渣C」啦。呢間餐廳係大埔開左好多年, 我都好幾年冇黎過, 2022 年就黎同你食+寫出新一篇~ 泡菜 + 芽菜是免費既餐前開胃菜, 一食就知冇落味精, 泡菜酸辣 (但唔會太辣), 加上充滿麻油味既芽菜, 淡淡既開胃菜, 唔需要味精黎帶動味之衝擊, 食得好舒服傳統紫菜飯卷一來到就暖暖地, 好明顯係即叫即做, 面頭散上炒芝麻, 樸實無華令人飽肚既住家飯卷, 贊! 芝士炒韓式年糕, 真係值得推介, 因為係小食所以份量唔算大, 芝士好香濃, 溶落去啲辣炒年糕, 再拌黎一齊食, 哇~ 好食到爆, 辣醬唔會太辣, 同年糕好夾, 但記住要趁熱食, 一凍左少少年糕就會開始硬炸醬麵我想食好耐, 但總係食唔到, 今次終於可以試到啦! 撈暈之後開餐, 個醬唔會太咸, 呢樣野都係我好欣賞呢間餐廳既原因, 佢既食物全部唔會偏咸同冇味精之餘, 仍然食到食物既原味同菜式想表達既味道。講返個麵, 碎肉、薯仔配炸醬, 加上煙韌既韓式麵條, 味道同濃郁口感都配搭得剛

一食就知冇落味精, 泡菜酸辣 (但唔會太辣), 加上充滿麻油味既芽菜, 淡淡既開胃菜, 唔需要味精黎帶動味之衝擊,
食得好舒服


傳統紫菜飯卷一來到就暖暖地,
好明顯係即叫即做, 面頭散上炒芝麻, 樸實無華令人飽肚既住家飯卷, 贊!


芝士炒韓式年糕, 真係值得推介,
因為係小食所以份量唔算大, 芝士好香濃,
溶落去啲辣炒年糕, 再拌黎一齊食, 哇~ 好食到爆,
辣醬唔會太辣, 同年糕好夾, 但記住要趁熱食, 一凍左少少年糕就會開始硬

總係有啲唔夠喉既感覺, 想食多一碗...


總括黎講, 樸實無華, 下次要試下個炸鷄先得....
