To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講到食泰國菜，香港人很自然就會想到九龍城這個聚集泰國菜最多餐廳的地方這次蝴蝶結姐姐就來到九龍城的小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋餐廳的設計讓人彷如置身於曼谷的感覺完全不像在市區呢而且餐廳在夜晚九點會有現場音樂表演是不錯的娛樂節目呀我們點了一客明爐酸辣汁蒸桂花魚原條桂花魚浸在魚型鍋裏飄出陣陣的酸辣香氣雖然桂花魚浸在湯裏，但魚肉夾上口試嫩滑無比，不會太老的口感配合酸辣汁一起食，更加惹味呢而朋友則點了冬蔭鮮蝦雲吞湯這個雲吞湯給我喜出望外的驚喜鮮蝦雲吞裏邊完全是鮮蝦肉口感彈牙爽口，而且還非常大粒的呷一口冬蔭湯，同時品嚐兩個菜式的明智決擇還有一個鐵板豬頸肉炒椰菜苗椰菜苗向來是姐姐的最愛用豬頸肉去炒椰菜苗讓椰菜苗滲出陣陣肉香味同時在鐵板炒的關係，口感更為香口食泰國菜飲品當然離不開椰青啦大大個椰青，椰青水清甜可口飲完椰青水還可以用匙羹刮起椰青肉，很嫩滑呢朋友則叫了青檸菠蘿沙冰清新的青檸配上酸甜的菠蘿沙冰涼快感大大提升欣賞著現場的音樂表演品嚐著泰國菜這一刻就當自己去了泰國旅行嘛我們都很滿意這個晚餐！
