尖沙咀出名的韓國餐廳,今日再來了位於金巴利道的「達人包車」,之前來過食 1M 超大串燒已經覺得好食,是韓國的味道,而且全部都份量好足。入到餐廳感覺好像置身韓國一樣,店員全部的是韓國人,好多靚仔 OPPA,聽到的都是韓文,今日全場爆滿,好彩有訂位。🔸芝士排骨|$320芝士排骨份量好大,送上後,店員會等到芝士半溶時,為客人用夾製作拉絲芝士包排骨,同韓國的食準完全一欂,排骨久醃後炆煮至腍身,排骨肉質很Juicy,除了海量的芝士,鍋中還有紫菜飯球,飯球沾了醬汁一起吃,十分惹味,還有切了小件的腸仔和年糕,十分抵食-🔸炸魷魚炒年糕|$360上枱後,店員會先把炸魷魚剪好,再放到一邊,吃的時候才沾醬汁來吃,避免炸物變軟,鍋底是滿滿的蔬菜和沙年糕,鍋邊是炸餃子、炸紫菜卷和炸芝士。全部都是我最愛的炸物。-🔸電烤五花肉|$388大大一舊燒得好靚的五花肉,應該有5-6人份量,Oppa 會為客人把五花肉切成一片片,然後擺盤放到鐵板上,再用火槍把肉燒到每一片都帶有焦香,五花醃得後入味,油脂燒了很香口,配上泡菜,洋蔥再用生菜包著吃,十分夾。讚-🔸土豆煎餅|$160這是店員推介的菜式,外酥內軟的韓式馬鈴薯煎餅,表面鋪
