🔸淡路島喺日本有「食材寶庫」嘅美名🥰由海鮮,牛肉,水果,甚至到洋蔥都有與別不同嘅特色。咁如果一餐廚師發辦係主打淡路風味,會有咩唔同呢?🤩我感受到嘅係,除咗基本刺身壽司呢啲之外,今次食到嘅炸物,煮物,燒物等等嘅料理手法都更加全面,唔會比魚生搶晒射光燈,而師傅善於利用一啲小變化去突顯食材個性,都係令人大拍手掌👏🏻🔶~松~ 夕食 $2200🔶▪️季節前菜▪️季節刺身▪️清湯▪️珍品▪️蒸/煮物▪️手握壽司8貫▪️卷物▪️燒物/炸物▪️玉子燒▪️麵豉湯▪️季節果物🔸前菜已經感受到個料理全面性,有個海膽杯撈咗蜆水微甜口感佳👍🏻最大驚喜係有個炸倉魚肉質十分嫰滑,外脆內軟❤️🔸刺身一次過嚟,擺盤靚,色香味俱全。車海老嘅鮮甜程度算係我人生食過數一數二😍咁拖羅唔洗多講係好肥美嘅,但一定要提有個好特別嘅笠子刺身(港稱石九公),肉質細膩又彈牙,印象深刻😎🔸鱧魚湯都比較少飲到,其實係門鱔。十分清甜,巧妙咁安排喺食完刺身之後清一清腸胃再繼續迎接之後嘅料理👍🏻🔸之後接住落炸目光魚同慢煮熊本和牛。和牛外面有微焦香但入面仲係粉紅色,火喉拿捏就係勁🔥但炸目光魚係更有驚喜,佢有啲似炸九肚魚咁熱辣辣連細骨入口一齊食,味道濃又香👏🏻🔸慢煮四國鮑魚係

🔸慢煮四國鮑魚係我全餐最愛之一🤤首先我未食過鮑魚可以烹調到咁軟身嘅口感,其次係佢用鮑魚膏整咗個汁調味錦上添花好正❤️

🔸手握壽司部分可以欣賞師傅強勁嘅手藝。稀有青柳貝同赤貝有啲似,但有更強烈海水香氣;然後人生第一次食瀨尿蝦壽司好多蝦膏一流;海膽係北海道馬糞膽,濃厚甘甜,回甘強😋

🔸玉子燒係用咗兵庫縣嘅日本雞蛋王者,蛋香完勝平時食到嘅玉子燒❤️然後好鍾意佢最尾係用日本時令生果埋尾,比起用甜品,更加解膩同舒服,哈密瓜大愛🤤

🔸服務係滿分,好到不能再好 (但無加一)
