Restaurant: An Nam Pho X Viet Tea

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳同茶飲店合租一個鋪位呢個做法好似愈嚟愈普遍,我相信主因係可以慳返好多租金成本,又可以相互吸客,相得益彰~今次推介係平民越式餐廳連住一間茶飲店,食越南河粉嘅時候都可以飲到好飲嘅手搖,係開心嘅😆餐廳越南特色菜嘅選擇都真係好多,首先就食個招牌火車頭,明明一人份量大碗到以為佢比咗兩人份量我,生牛肉,牛腩,牛丸,牛筋,牛柏葉應有盡,餸都比得夠多,最想讚係生牛肉上菜時真係生,紅得好粉嫰😍有時有啲地方食生牛肉一嚟已經半生熟,實唔好食~另一款試嘅係蟹頭膏蕃茄湯檬(轉咗金邊粉),特別之處係個蕃茄湯可能係我食過最濃嘅,蟹頭膏同成件事都好夾👍🏻因為連住間「越茶」,所以飲品選擇好多,港式越式台式都有,今次叫左芝士奶蓋烏龍茶覺得十分高質,最主要係個芝士奶蓋好掂,做到好濃郁芝士咸香,算係我飲過嘅芝士奶蓋入面最好飲嘅Tier,推介!埋單$200有找👍🏻
