To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日頭食過茶餐，夜晚經過見到人打冷，今晚做完gym朋友話好想食蟹🦀，天水圍冇咩打冷店，想試下呢間打冷，朋友事先打去問有冇蟹食，餐廳話可以自己買去加工，<1斤 $70呢間正記冰室喺正天瑞街市裡面，7:30pm左右好在仲有蟹買，買咗3隻三點蟹，1隻蟹乸2隻蟹公，接近1斤$60薑蔥炒蟹，新鮮即劏即煮即食，有蟹膏，好多蟹肉，咸香入味，鮮甜美味，想食蟹就即刻食到🦀，大滿足！另外叫咗碟椒鹽炒魷魚鬚，前所未見咁大件😳，份量多到3-4人食都夠，好香脆，少少椒鹽辣味粉調味白菜仔都係前所未見咁大條😯，夠腍，鑊氣勁，炒得非常惹味😋食到十成飽😌 人均消費只係$138😊
