係H8的高質串燒居酒屋,主打雞肉串燒,餐廳都是用日本雞,口感很滑~下單後師傅會逐串燒,逐串上碟!襯熱吃,口感和味道真的非常好(除了部份串燒,師傅會建議等時間慢慢熟成)前菜是芝士Parma Ham配熱情果及三文魚,兩款都好好味!Cocktail推介【Nothing】偏水果味,和串燒也很搭!【師傅Omakase10串精選】會有10款不同的串燒,有咩唔食可以事先同師傅講,今次食到的串燒有:雞髀肉、雞腎、燒雞翼、鰻魚、免治雞肉、雞頸、豚肉金菇、和牛野菜、2款蔬菜等~還有飯及套餐甜品,雪糕有很多種口味,我選了滿滿果仁碎的開心果!另外再加其他串燒:牛舌、和牛肉眼、豚肉紫蘇卷都是必食,另外推介必食Combo係治雞肉串、豚肉糖心蛋、特製燒飯團,蛋黃超滾燙!燒飯團上的醬汁和免治雞肉串上的醬汁一樣,我發現沾溏心蛋黃也很好吃!
