To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

堂食熱辣辣新鮮湯米線仲要買得平過要自己嘅加熱鴨血寛粉。**一出即刻去試**好好食！！！認真！！中意食辣嘅朋友，必食，無得輸！！水煮湯鴨血米線加墨丸，有鴨血同豆卜同腐皮，芽菜同蔥都好少，辣度由五小辣起跳，我揀左小辣，感覺比平時再辣啲，但都仲食到，不過建議大家可以叫番平時食開嘅低一兩度。湯底係可以自選，唔一定要水煮湯，但有新野梗係試新野！！本身三哥個湯頭已經係特別濃郁，水煮湯紅卜卜😂😂😂咁多紅油但唔覺得油膩，少少麻同辣，有食到花椒八角味，比麻辣湯底多左一種辛辣感，好刺激，但其實好好食，特別佢跟埋豆卜，豆卜吸滿湯實在係超正，平時我都中意叫豆卜，三哥啲湯底食完真係唔會口乾。鴨血好軟滑，唔會係一夾就散果種，好食過豬紅10倍，而且完全唔腥，鴨血本身已經煮得勁入味！！**下次要叫三小辣****鴨血係唔辣嘅****聽日應該會變小火龍*****不過等左廿五分鐘碗米線先來***
