銅鑼灣登龍街出名多野食,今次就黎到一間出名食牛扒嘅日式餐廳《Steak Bar》,見到餐廳做緊2人餐($499),睇落份量十足,就決定叫黎試試👀◦ 吉列炸牛扒定食呢份吉列炸牛扒上菜個陣賣相已經好吸引😍,店員建議我地用每面各燒30秒後可以做到5成熟左右😛由於預先用吉列炸過,牛扒肉汁完美鎖住,食落口感做到外脆內軟,配埋日式醬汁,味道都幾出色,而且份量都幾足,十分推介‼️👍🏻◦ 香煎比目魚定食大大塊嘅比目魚塊一上菜已經聞到油脂香味🤣,魚肉煎嘅火喉啱啱好,魚肉煎到金黃色,配上檸檬汁之後,食落肉質新鮮嫩滑,肥而不膩都幾滿意,估唔到一間食牛扒嘅餐廳煎魚都做到咁出色,不妨一試😋◦ 石燒牛舌定食薄切牛舌經過石燒之後,口感相當嫩滑爽口,而且因為切得薄都幾易入口,唔錯唔錯😝◦ 小食章魚小丸子都幾大粒,食落唔會好粉,口感幾綿滑🥰另外黑松露薯條如果可以多番少少黑松露粉就更好啦🤣總括而言,餐廳食物都幾有日本風味,價錢唔會好貴,十分推介吉列炸牛扒定食,另外餐廳侍應都幾nice📍Steak Bar地址:銅鑼灣登龍街36-48號登輝大廈G/F B舖
