【荃灣區】【堅信號上海生煎皇】喺 1am1492 天仁茗茶個 post 同大家講過我想去堅信號試埋佢哋 crossover 嘅食品,我作為行動派梗係嗱嗱聲夾個 friend 去做咗佢。嚟到荃新天地嘅「堅信號上海生煎皇」,佢哋係喺中庭地舖,相當方便,幾乎完全唔使搵就已經見到佢哋喇。先試「堅信號 x 天仁茗茶」嘅食物,前菜試一籠四隻 $42「人蔘烏龍雞脾肉小籠包」,用雞髀肉做嘅小籠包好特別,人參烏龍味又香,正。朋友試 $62 嘅「櫻花蝦蟹籽大蝦香片茶湯飯」加 $10 要埋鮑魚,佢好享受用香片茶沖落個飯度嘅情況,亦都好快食晒。我就試 $68 嘅「櫻花蝦磯燒鮑魚香片茶湯飯」,的確茶湯飯個香味好特別,清香得嚟又吊起個鮮味,正。嘢飲我哋試 $27 嘅「豆漿豆花四季烏龍奶茶」,天仁嘅嘢飲不嬲有質素保證,豆花味同四季烏龍味分庭抗禮,食緊茶湯飯嘅時候呷返啖,感覺幾清新。一場嚟到堅信號,唔可能唔叫返佢哋嘅撚手嘢。首先係 $42 四隻嘅「堅信號生煎包」,嗰個爆汁嘅感覺令我至今難忘。之後試埋 $76 嘅「黃金雞扒蔥油拌麵」,成件事好邪惡,雞扒炸得好香,蔥油拌麵質感又好,為呢餐 $354 嘅晚餐畫上一個完美嘅句
