【隱世串燒廚師發辦樣樣精彩】 #上環日本特色街道主題居酒屋。串燒廚師發辦 $298/位季節沙律、二點前菜三點串燒季節煮物炸物烏冬/茶漬飯吸物甜品之前食過呢間上環隱世居酒屋嘅午餐,性價比幾高!今次試埋佢晚市嘅招牌熟食Omakase,估唔到仲高質,值得推介大家一試!今次嘅季節煮物係清酒煮青口,青口鮮甜,個湯調節得啱啱好,酒味唔會太濃,我成個飲晒!炸物係炸雞,必須講我本身唔太鍾意食日式嘅炸雞,但呢間餐廳新鮮炸起,雞肉肉汁保留得好好,令我完全改觀!到咗主角串燒,今次廚師發辦咗雞翼,羊肉同冬菇。雞翼做到外皮非常咁脆,但入面就嫰而香,調味適中,有80分以上嘅水準;羊肉係日式串燒入面少見,佢唔似中式咁調味到好重口味,而係適度吊出羊嘅香味,鍾意羊肉嘅朋友都應該會鍾意師傅嘅手勢;最後串燒冬菇穩打穩紮主食二選一。個人覺得茶漬飯特別啲就揀咗,估唔到佢仲有配上三文魚,有啲驚喜。整體而言$298呢個價位食到呢個水準嘅日本熟食廚師發辦,個人係覺得CP值好高

之前食過呢間上環隱世居酒屋嘅午餐,性價比幾高!今次試埋佢晚市嘅招牌熟食Omakase,估唔到仲高質,值得推介大家一試!
