先吃微脆sourdough,淡雅的麥香,簡單配上牛油就好吃!

銀䱽魚肉質結實彈性之餘,也很香滑,單吃已經不錯
頂層有鮮味水嫩的蜆肉
底下是醬汁融入麵豉的甜甜味道,而且感覺不油膩同時,嚐到很濃的奶油香氣😳
盡量包括所有元素在一口中,風味更濃郁🤤

是我吃過最嫩的鵪鶉😳
胸位用了慢煮方法,加上一流的時間掌握,肉質比腿肉更嫩滑!
中心偏粉紅,但放心確實是熟透,而且是剛剛好的狀態❤(ӦvӦ。)
香炸的鵪鶉腿也當然好吃,但不及上者來得驚艷😝
另一亮點是充滿酒香的醬汁,和甜甜的紅棗蓉,融合中式風味而且很配合!

今天的是乳酪慕絲蛋糕,質地綿滑
預期中是酸甜乳酪味,其實是香濃的牛奶味作主導
但因為中間隱藏了芒果內餡,加上面頭的芒果粒和芒果雪葩,整體也挺清新😋

想不到,菠蘿是最甜的款式🤣超甜超好吃
