To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個沒禮貌的店員足以毀掉商號

剛剛在這裡的天仁茗茶經歷了一個不愉快的時間，事緣我買了杯鐵觀音軟雪糕，自問有唔該前唔該後，然後拿雪糕時沒為意店員沒給紙巾，怎料食食下本人真的輪盡滴了雪糕在衣服上，返轉頭去天仁拎紙巾，而紙巾是大刺刺地放在外面似是任人拎，我已講了聲「我剛才在這裡買雪糕，忘了拿紙巾」，然後拿了一張，怎料店員大聲喝出來「唔拎得架wor!!!」(真的是喝，好像我偷東西一樣)，我呆了呆，答「我頭先在這裡買雪糕」，她都要再罵一句:「都唔拎得!!!!」我想問，如果唔拎得，點解唔收起?我想問，是你忘了給我，我拎返，應該合理?這不是要投訴還是甚麼，只是覺得對客不必如此，沒有要你禮貌周周，也請不要呼呼喝喝。P.S.這裡的其他店員都很親切，就是今日這個累街坊已而以後如果見到她，一定不會幫襯至於鐵觀音雪糕，賣相是吸引的，茶味不算很濃烈，口感比一般雪糕清爽，如能加重茶味更佳，否則會跟一般雪糕雷同。

至於鐵觀音雪糕，賣相是吸引的，茶味不算很濃烈，口感比一般雪糕清爽，如能加重茶味更佳，否則會跟一般雪糕雷同。
